Ordered dinner for take out here for a birthday. It went great :) Had the Black Truffle Cheese Mushroom burger and Bourbon BBQ Brisket burger, both of which were absolutely delicious. The meal itself was kind of heavy, but overall good. We also ordered a brownie for dessert, it looked a little disappointing in the takeout box but tasted alright. They also added in a little note that said Happy Birthday :) Will order here again!

I have been going to White Spot at least once or twice a year for the past 30 years. Reliable old school food in a very relaxed and family friendly setting. Their happy hour snacks are still the best you can get at this price point. I love their old school zucchini sticks, dry ribs and onion rings, which go extremely well with their 20oz Spot size Nat Bailey Lager.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly young man ready with Menus and a ready smile! Then Justin took our orders and was very pleasant. Our meals were delicious and the Service was beyond words. Thanks to the Staff at White Spot...Mr. Nat Bailey would be proud of you!

A bit pricey so we took advantage of the appy hour. Good portions for the price. Pretty good taste wise.

Came here for weekend breakfast, as we wanted to do some shopping after. It was an OK experience, but the staff were nice and efficient. The portion was definitely smaller than what I remembered. The food quality was up to standard, except for the fruit bowl, where the apple and pineapple had a strange taste to it. Would come again, but would order something else.

WORST Experience everNever got ignored like this from other restaurants.Around dinner time, when we took a seat, no greetings at all, couldn't know who our server is. Secondly, we waited for more than 15 mins and any servers or workers didn't help us to order. Our server saw us but busy to help the other tables which was close to us, or chat with workers. We felt so terrible, decided to leave and just pay for the drink but we still had to wait for another 10 mins and no one come by. We had to go to the counter to pay for the bill. It's really disappointing that no service at all.Wouldn't visit again.

The venue is great and they are following health protocol. The staff was polite. The hamburger tasted good but the french fries are usually soggy and this is not a local issue. Every White Spot location I tried in BC, the french fries are soggy...my guess is in the kitchen procedure, it can be an improper handling of starch and sugar when exposed to high heat. Who knows? Such a pity, but a lot of organic waste...

The halibut and chips was amazing tonight. The ribs are tender and more meaty at White Spot however this location also leaves the membrane under the ribs which gets slimmy and nasty. I would really appreciate if all white spot kitchens would pull off the skin below the ribs after grilling, rendering the fat before serving. I should not be cooking at my table which defeats the purpose of going out instead of cooking at home or going to their competitors next door, Cactus Club that has Jack Daniels sauce. I wish White Spot would correct this issue with a new notice to remind all locations then I would have a perfect dinner warranting a 5 star review for this fabulous location which is not as old as the other one in Richmond.

We are a Spot-itarian family, through and through. If only White Spot had a points card, we'd be in the platinum club.We have had some hits and misses but always still enjoy our dinners there.. I always have the Monty mushroom burger with a Western plate and side of honey mustard and I rarely stray. When I do it's usually for the beef dip. One notable of the misses were the turkey dinner, which was super salty and briny flavored for my liking and a side veggies which was broccoli and carrots, we're pretty much microwaved for 30 seconds. So they were dry but still hard.On this visit to the Richmond location, my husband said he was going to buy breakfast (10am) so I went all in for the Nat's hearty breakfast. Sunny side up eggs with their delicious sausage. I do miss their shredded hash browns from like a decade ago. I wish they would bring that back or at least have that as an option with the smash potatoes. Sourdough toast was delicious; crusty on the outside and soft on the inside with enough butter. My husband on the other hand couldn't figure out what to eat and I felt really bad for him. He is a vegetarian who eats eggs. The only option on the menu for him was the sweet items. The waffles or the apple farro bowl. My husband's not a big fan of sweets. They did have a turkey avocado bacon egg wrap that was $18. I thought maybe the server would suggest substituting chicken for the turkey and bacon but she just said pretty much you're going to get the eggs, avocado and peppers in the wrap, with the side of smash potatoes. No discount in price. That's like ordering a turkey dinner without the turkey... but paying the same price!. I ended up convincing my husband to order the Beyond beef burger and put a fried egg on top so it feels like a breakfast item. If you have a vegetarian family member who's not a big fan of waffles.. then I would suggest heading over to Cora's for breakfast.Delicious as always, in the service is good. Will always return

It’s the third time we order take out form White Spot Richmond Centre and then should learned my lesson 2 take outs ago. The food never comes with what the menu says. My Cobb salad was supposed to have corn chips, corn, avocado, radish. And yes, it had 2 slices of radish, 2 slices of avocado 1 corn chip and 3 kernels of corn. And a pound of iceberg lettuce. 20 Bucks. We ordered a SIDE of onions rings and they omitted the fries. I could go on and on.
