We came in to eat at 1045am. The guy who sat us only gave us the breakfast menus.The hand sanitizer was even watered down way too much.We asked the waitress about lunch and she said those are the wrong menus then got the other ones. She wasn't very courteous, very slow and it was not busy. She forgot to bring a refill of coffee for my dad. She seemed to just hang around in the back till she had to do something. I do not recommend Carrie as a waitress.My family and friends and I have been to quite a few white spots in our lives and this has to be the worst experience of them all.
Great place for burgers. Happy hour is from 2-5pm. Got the squid for $10 and drinks. The service was fast and the waitresses were very friendly. Burgers were juicy and delicious!
I came in, said that I was a little bit early for a fairly large party, and asked them to set up a table. The hostess at the front wouldn't do that. She gave me a slip of paper that had the restaurants phone number on it, and asked me to phone the office and speak to the manager. Which I did.The manager, even though I explained the situation, didn't simply direct the hostess, or someone else, to prepare a table. No, the manager came down to the front of the restaurant, and spoke to me, whereupon I told him the same story. He then got someone to prepare a table. This seems to me rather strange.As I say we were a large party, 10 of us, with people arriving at different times. The wait staff did a fairly good job of managing all of this. Waiting until we thought most people had arrived, we did order at that point, and that order came pretty much all together. At least, within a few minutes of the first items being served, the last items were served as well.The food was, as is usual with White Spots, fairly consistent. As a family restaurant you don't expect gourmet meals, but everything was decent, at the right temperature, and the fries, as always, we're exemplary.
We celebrate Ed's birthday at White Spot (Ackroyd), it's a wonderful dining experience..We ordered 1 hot chicken salad to share with, it's fresh and tasty. We also shared a full portion of rib and it's delicious ?..Ed had a burger and Frank had a seafood pasta..they all liked it.
We enjoy white spot because everyone can find something good to eat. Well today, one meal was forgotten, food was cold, water and coffee took 20 minutes to get. On thé burgers, it was obvious the fries had been sitting around for some time. Really not at all the standard of what I expect from this restaurant.
Good White Spot chain location. Pretty large dining room. Food arrives at reasonable time, even during busy hours. Food isn’t anything mind blowing but fair for what you’d expect.

JESSICA IS AN AMAZING WORKER AND I LOVE HER EVERYTIME I SEE HER I GET SO EXCITED BECAUSE I KNOW ILL HAVE A GREAT TIME ?Sorry- back on track ?The food here is always ? the only thing is their prices are waayyy too high for a non fine dining restaurant. If I’m paying $18+ for a burger set I expect it to be a phenomenal burger, not just good- but anyways yeah milkshakes are very good
Excellent service. I was approached promptly for my order & I asked for a few minutes to decide. The waitress ACTUALLY came back in a couple of minutes! She also asked if I wanted the soup & appetizer @ the same time, & delivered.
White Spot Ackroyd located inside a mall to which parking is very easy, I have never problem with parking.They offer discounted appetizer during happy hour, as I recall it is around 2pm - 5pm. I went there during 4:30, and order several appetizer (including Zoo Sticks, Brussel Sprouts, Mushroom Bread), clam chowder. All of the appetizer was very good, we did get a little thirsty afterwards probably because of the fried food items.Staff was very friendly, food came within 15 minutes of ordering. Overall good experience.
