Good food, service could be better but god overall... only thing is i would like to see a little diversity in the staff there. Just sayin lol
If you go here, check your order before you leave.Twice my order has been fine and twice it has been way off. The last time I went I asked for extra pickles. She even said "junior bacon cheddar burger with extra pickles" when she handed me the bag. As you can see from the photo there's 1 slice of pickle hiding under the tomato. There's also the tiniest piece of lettuce I've ever seen in a burger.Despite the often long wait in line if I got back, I'm not leaving until my food is checked
Service is slow but friendly. The orders are usually correct though. The dinning area is clean and well maintained.
Well below regular service levels. I have been to this location on several occasions both dine in and take out, however today I dined in.Waited 10min for a baconator combo. Four customers behind me ended up getting their order before me. Order was filled when they noticed I was the only one standing there.
2 long black hairs in my ceasar salad. Debit machine is always down even if you wait in a 10 minute lineup. (Put up a sign!!!) avoid avoid do not waste your money!
Good service, good prices for quick lunch with kids.
Did a mobile order, app said ready for pick up at 10:25, went there at the exact time, stood at the mobile order pick up lane by myself. Not one of the staff acknowledged my presence. General manager was yelling at one of her employees about not knowing how to bag properly. Points at bagging instructions aggressively. At this point, I have been waiting for 10 minutes, and still no one has come up to me and all the staff ignores me. GM then shoves a big bag to my face, not even asking or confirming which order was mine. Bag was for UberEats, not my order. I was telling her maybe next time to ask customers “How can I help you or which order are you waiting for?”. She rolls her eyes and was yelling at me, doesn’t sincerely apologize, and does not know how to deescalate situations, or do recovery for customers. The GM at this store does not know how to do customer service. The rest of the staff seems okay and was just burnt out.
I ordered at wrong location via mobile app. Called that location they said you can go to nearest wendy's and they can give your order over there since they are not able to cancel in system .Came to this location but MANAGER wont give it neither will cancel-( it was a $5 order) he asking me to drive 30 minutes to other location- not customer friendly . It was around 10 pm yesterday . Not sure why so hard to cancel the order or make it over here as i showed him the order in the app and it was $5 . I am not wasting gas driving over to all wendys in lower mainland to get a burger. Lol. Not recommended.Previously i gave them a 5 star now changed.
Wonderful service today and every day. Always pleasant experience and friendly staff. Busy location and busy drive thru. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. We know the odd customer may be giving off bad vibes and not appropriate you guys. Have a great day guys! You rock! Best place to stop in for a bite, good tunes and nice seating area. Big thumb up!
Always loved their freshly made burgers. We make it a point to visit everytime we crave for one and they're not even charging extra for mayo packets, which is really nice, not unlike McD they charge you 0.40cents for each mayo packet you request.The staff are polite but sometimes won't even give you a smile and forgets to include napkins for your take out orders. Just as long as my food is freshly done, I can't complain much I guess all of us have down times too.
