I came to try the iced lavender latte drink and iced coconut latte drink.The baristas bre and sam were nice. However, asian manager was horrible.I asked for four drinks iced but to give it chilled and remove the ice. They make it with lukewarm oat milk and coconut milk.Then the manager comes and gives a diluted lavender flavoring.I call back once i get home and the asian manager agrees to giving my money back. But when i called her out on her making the drinks flavoring weak she starts defending herself and blaming me for ordering “incorrectly” and not adding ice.But the latte is also made hot and the same amount of flavoring goes into that one as well. It had nothing to do with the ice level.Either way takes back the offer to give me my money back and instead says come back and get two free drinks…Unprofessional - this is one of those spots you come to just study or get work done. Drinks arent special nor good quality.
Regular coffee sucks here. It was not even hot. Lid of their cup is hard to open if you want to add something after buying coffee.Washroom for this location always is in a worst condition. Staff was not that friendly either. At least the one from I ordered.Considering all this, their coffee is so much over price.
I visited the London Plaza Waves Coffee House this afternoon to redeem the Fido cheesecake prize. The cashier's name is Nan Nan. She told me that all cheesecake were sold out. I asked if I could change to other type of cakes. She said no such arrangement. Then I asked when can I come again to redeem the Fido cheesecake prize again. She said no idea. I asked again if I come next time, the cheesecake is also sold out. What can I do? She didn't offer any advice, help or suggestions. I believe this shouldn't be an acceptable level of service that Wave Coffee House should provide to the customers. I don't know what is the purpose to offer prizes via Fido but failed to honour. This is totally unacceptable.

They close at 6:55pm... not 7pm. The barista said that she doesn't have time to pour me a coffee. How much time does she need to pour me a coffee?
I went to the store this morning to redeem my fido cheesecake offer. The young cashier was really nice and took the order. Shortly afterwards, the lady manager came over and asked if I would be ordering any additional items, which is not required by the offer (I wanted to try the cheesecake and would order more if I like it). Once I told her I'll think about it, she refused to give us the cheesecake and ask us to go to a different wave store despite the fact that the offer code was scanned and redeemed at their store already. It was a really bad first time experience at Waves. I don't know if it is just an isolated incident this location, but the experience definitely leaves a bad impression.
The barista with a bun is super rude and she only reserves boardroom for her friends. That's really unprofessional. My friends, highly recommend you to avoid this place. You don't want to ruin your day by visiting this place.

Drinks are ok. Had a matcha latte and a latte. Not as rich tasting but it was still good on a cold day! Atmosphere was nice; it is a very spacious cafe. But please hire another person... poor lady around 10am was so busy being the only one on shift serving a long line of customers.
