Wasn’t great Bahn Mi. Vietnamese coffee wasn’t too good either. For the price you’re paying here ($9.50 for a Bahn Mi and Iced Coffee), you’re better off eating at another place at the food court.

We ordered the Vietnamese coffee. When my sister told him no sugar for the drink, he did not say anything. Later we found out that he did not add the condensed milk so we went back and asked him to make another one for us. He said because we said no sugar so he did not add the condensed milk. Sugar and condensed milk are two different things; he should inform us that there is no sugar and just the condensed milk and if that is okay for us. Also, the drink that he made was not the same as the picture on the screen. When I told him the above, he said, "Because I shook the drink." That means they put the wrong picture on the screen to mislead customers. He tried to make it sound like it was our fault by saying, "Usually we don't make another one for customers but I will make it for you" when in reality it was his fault that he did not distinguish added sugar and condensed milk . He did not make another one for us; he just poured the drink from the old cup to a new cup and added tap water and evaporated milk. He did not use condensed milk. That means it was not a Vietnamese coffee and he did not give us what we asked for. They were deceiving customers.P.S. He did not process our transaction with the cash register; he just said the total amount and simply took our cash. That means they could charge us any price they want.

Ordered P3. Presentation was poor and the meat didn’t look like the right color. Meat and rice tasted pretty poor. The roll was average but the sauce was terrible. The lemon tea was good and only redeeming quality!

Came here for dinner in March 2022. Ordered a rare beef and tripe pho. Small portion, pho broth was very watered down and "rare beef" was fully cooked. It includes a lemon iced tea but it was tasteless and they used lime, not lemons. I guess cuz lime is cheaper. Would not come back here.

Their Green Onion Chicken Rice, Lemongrass Chicken, Fish Bahn-mi, and Lemon Tea are great!Great price, tasty, friendly service, and ready quickly! However, I would suggest not to order pho from them. Their soup isn't remotely close to what a pho should be.

Great food. Horrible customer service attitude. I asked for a chicken sandwich. Then I was asked if I want rice with my spring roll. When I simply asked for a single spring roll and was mention of rice with spring roll menu. I ended getting a chicken breast and my spring roll. Then she asks if I wanted exactly what I ordered. No sorry. No my mistake. Just nothing.

Rude girl with the glasses who works there. We asked for less ice and she poured the ice out and Filled our drinks with the water from the tap where you wash your hands?? Gross. The lemon ice tea tastes like nothing. 99% ice, splash of the lemon tea.

The beef brisket on the soup noodles tasted sour. There was no lemongrass taste on the lemongrass vermicelli. It is a horrible food court store.

Ordered the Beef brisket on rice. It was almost all tendon except for maybe two pieces. The food isn’t very fresh either. The curry itself was ok, which is why I gave it two stars. Maybe an off day for them, but prob still won’t eat here again.

I had pleasant lunch at Villa Vietnamese restaurant. I don’t mind about who owner is after read the reviews abt it. First, server was fast to complete my order and after i pay 8$ for Pho Noodle soup, i thought i have no drink as menu. But they actually give free Ice Tea for me. The Pho soup is not 100% of Vietnamese taste, a bit lighter than original but good for everyone. Anyway we could recommend here that Owner should adjust this soup more flavor and smell. I voted their higher rate to hope they will make better for my next visit.Last but not least, all things are acceptable this time. See urs better.
