The waitress keeps checking me out. She seems to be judging me up and down, left and right and circling around me. Then just 15min in with my food. Her waiter boyfriend came in from behind me and said "did you ask for the bill?" Already printing the receipt. Woah! Disrespectful. I wasn't done eating. I was also facing away from them and there was no way i could signal to call them for the bill. There are others who came before me and they weren't approached - they were facing the bar too. They must have thought that i look like i would just dine and dash. Or eat and run. Or chew and screw. Even after all this, I still gave them 18% tip... Or maybe... The guy waiter got friendzoned and didn't like that the girl waitress can't keep her eyes off of me?
Food was decent, service was terrible. 3 or more staff members standing around while we waited to order food, had empty drinks, needed our bill, etc. unfriendly waiter.
Great spot if you like terrible service where the 4 servers just stand there in the corner and stair at you.So if you enjoy a good starring contest to get a beer this is the spot for you.
Just avoid this place if your looking for food. Small menu and lots if things not available..kinded up just eating fries. No dips either. Also no cutlery was provided. They didn't even have 2 types of bread for a cheese sandwich..just whole wheat. Just go with a more known chain.
We went to Urban Crave since no other decent restaurant before the security check/gate was open on a stat holiday. I didn't expect much due to the bad reviews, however the food was great (they even have healthy options that even delicious) and staff was super friendly. I took a star off because the char broil chicken on my salad didn't taste like char broil... but overall, I had a great experience and will go back.
We are in an airport, why would you stop serving breakfast at 10:30am, most people are arriving here at all hours of the day, from all different kind of time zones, no one knows when 10:30am is.

Very poor service and experience. Don’t understand how you are open in such a busy place like yvr and im sorry but the bartender if you can call him that , kept trying to charge people twice and couldn’t remember how many people had when it was dead and they only had one
Sad to say a good friend of mine was harassed by am employee for being trans. Tried to reach out to the company but never heard back. Won't be returning
This restaurant was one of the best I have had dinner in. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and the food was great, large portions and very reasonably priced.
