Amazing family owned and operated shop specializing in freshly prepared ready-to-take home wonton, dumplings and noodles. You can definitely taste the difference of the handmade craft wonton and dumplings: the skin is smooth and silky, and the fillings are generous with well balanced flavors. So easy to store in the freezer also. I always keep some on-hand for a quick and sumptuous meal!

Best Dumplings ever made. I found this store years ago and I will never stop going there. All you need is Campbell's chicken our beef broth and A little sesame oil and some yu choi and you will have the best ever wonton soup home made.Cheers Gloria For Your Awesome Wontons And Noodles.?See You Soon Im Running Low.?

Every time I feel like wonton soup, I come here. The quality is so consistent each and every time that I never go home disappointed (or with an empty stomach). My go-to is their Sui Kau Wonton mein. The wontons are all shrimp and always plump&juicy. If you’re wondering what Sui Kau is, it’s a bigger wonton filled with both pork, shrimp and bamboo shoots. We usually order their deep fried wontons but I was by myself so couldn’t eat that much. BUT, I did get DOUBLE NOODS! Yes, it’s a lot of carbs but it was only a couple dollars more. Tsim Chai, I will see you again and bring more people.

They well know for their Cantonese home made Wonton soup noodle and Conges , before the pandemic , it is my flavour quick snake place under $10 for the Wonton soup noodle , it is good Friday , due to the new Covid 19 , our Good Friday dinner had been cancelled from the restaurant , , so , I surprised my sister's for take out dinner from Tsim , they love their Wonton noodle ,, price very reasonable , lot to choose from , but do not order any fresh seafood ,too expensive ,not worth the quality ,it is a noodle place ,so just order the noodles , nothing fancy ! I order 3 wonton noodle soup ,excellent taste and the soup is hot , worth every penny ,also House Special Rice Noodle and whole steamed chicken ,,of course my flavour Salt & Chili Spareribs and Oyster with Ginger and onion ,, good portion ,quality is okay , the oyster is frozen , but with the ginger and onion very flavourful , the Chicken is on special ,$20 for whole chicken ,very tender , the total is under $100 , great value ,and the order ready in 20mins ,and very hot , we all did have a good dinner together , so if you looking for good hot food and not too expensive , Tsim Chai is the place ! got to try the Wonton !!!

Last week, the above restaurant was promoting lobsters at $35/2. I did a take out on it and enjoyed it so much that I went back yesterday to do another take out. Their price had gone up another $5 plus you've got to buy another dish. I just went for it because I love eating lobsters. Anyway, when I got home, to my disappointment, the lobsters didn't look like they were newly cooked. The pieces look like warmed over, texture and taste didn't look like they were freshly cooked within 15 mins and they don't look like the ones I had last week. Even the spring onions look off colour. Because I was hungry, I ate some, but the more I ate, the more I think it wasn't fair that I paid $40. I didn't finish the lobsters in order to show the owner. So I decided to complain to the owner. Since his English isn't that good, I wrote a letter in English and had it Google Translated. I let him read the letter to explain better. But right away, he denied it. That nothing is leftover overnite. But evidence says the contrary and I know very well what a freshly cooked lobster look like and even the spring onions and onions looked like they'd been warmed over. It's really disheartening that you pay them the price they want and still they cheated you. I am so disappointed that these entrepreneurs are so unscrupulous, they try to get away in any way they can. He thinks I don't know what a newly cooked lobster looks like but I do especially when they were coated with cornstarch. So now, I won't recommend this restaurant anymore. Take your money and go some place else where they don't cheat you.

Best dumplings I've had just like homemade! Freshest and healthy ingredients too! Nomnomnom yummy!

The wonton is so flavourful because Gloria uses awesome ingredients. You can tell the quality is there when the broth is not fatty after the dumplings are made. I like to keep these frozen delights in my freezer for emergency meals. You will not be disappointed.

These are some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had!

As noodle restaurants in Richmond go, this is a dime a dozen establishment with nothing that really makes it stand out from the competition. The food is decent, the decor and ambience nondescript, the price point fair, the service is typically bland and uncaring, and the location is fairly central. A few details on some of the aforementioned aspects: Our selection of dishes is listed below: Singapore fried noodle: quite underwhelming with little in taste and the after effect of oil and dryness. Deep fried squid: excellent with a light, flour batter and large pieces. Beef and pineapple rice noodle: obvious use of second rate pineapple pieces and a little skimpy on the amount of beef but tasty otherwise. Wonton soup: 8 large wontons in a medium sized soup bowl. Pepper and salt tofu: tasty... not hard to screw up this dish. Fried rice: the standard gut filler, not outstanding but not terrible either. Hand shredded chicken: quite well done and pleasant taste and aroma. As for location, on Westminster Hwy in a small strip mall with plenty of free parking in a parking lot. However, don't think about bringing in a trailer, 45' bus, or B train... no place to turn around. Nothing larger than a pick up truck, please. In conclusion, an average restaurant in an average building, at an average price point with average food... in a city with many excellent foodie options. 3 stars.

Just tried the noodles and dumplings for the first time. Noodles are firm and chewy and dumplings taste great. Would recommend
