Our waitress Laurissa was great very outgoing, and made it a real great experience for our first time at tugboat. Will visit again, food was 10/10 as well!
Surprise find on the water. Nice little pub out of the way. Large menu, good beer list, ambiance acceptable. Everyone enjoyed theirs meals, I was dissatisfied that the Club had chicken instead of turkey
Very good diner serving hearty and full plates. Thr western BBQ burger is done very well.
Had the open face steak sandwich on garlic bread asked for med rare and that's exactly what I got, pretty tasty. Unlimited refillable ice tea was excellent. Great service.

Tha service cannot be faulted and the food was excellent. Around the table there was a salmon burger, a wonton soup and a chicken avocado sandwich with fries. Everyone was very happy with their meal. The ambience is great too with an outdoor feel, but undercover next to the water. Might be a tiny bit more than expected, but everything is post COVID. I enjoyed it and would definately recommend it to others as a great, casual lunch spot.
WORST FOOD IVE EVER HAD!! Decided to go for brunch. Eggs Bennie, asked for firm poached and they came runny and the English muffin was not toasted. When I showed the waitress the runny eggs.. she rolled her eyes and said she requested the cook to make them medium. Powered hollandaise sauce, McCain frozen potato patties were crispy, but greasy. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER.
Unfortunately I was stuck at an all day thing near TugBoat. I had no wheels and only had 20 minutes for lunch. I walked in at 12:10, it was BUSY! Who would have thought it, right? The lady behind the bar( as busy as Ive ever seen a bartender) must have sensed my anxiety because she made eye contact just as my but hit the seat asked what I was drinking and had it to me with a menu in less than 3 minutes. Awesome! I will go back to give this place a proper review because that kind of service is quite rare
It used to be a great place to eat, March 15th 2022. I was there to celebrate my sister 21st wedding anniversary with my husband. Let’s start with clam chowder, by the time it reaches the table after tasting the first bite the soup tastes as though it came out of the refrigerator was cold.Wings, it must have been sitting for a while before it gets to the table, that was also cold as well. My sister dinner and mine’s! Foods were cold, only good came out of the $200.00 dinner is my husband sandwich and my brother-in-law burger.Waitress wanted to heat up foods. So disappointed.If I need my food heated up I can do that with my microwave.
