I'm a matcha lover, and I LOOOOOOVE Tsujiri!! Had the Iced Matcha Latte, which wasn't too sweet and I actually tasted a lot of matcha in it. The cake was amazing too. Only complaint is that it is pretty expensive, even compared to other places like Starbucks. 7 dollars for probably what was a 12 ounce drink. But totally worth it as a treat!
The food was really tasty. I really recommend the bento style dish with tea. The price is also very reasonable. The matcha also tasted very good as well.
Love this place. The matcha flavoured cakes and parfaits are truly authentic, nothing like the sugary overloads that you would normally experience in most beverage places. When Tsujiri first opened, there was always a long lineup and needed reservations to dine in. It's been much better nowadays. Highly recommended!
I ordered a Houjicha Float. The Tsujiri signature soft serve flavor is super smooth. It is not too sweet so that you can taste the tea flavor. The roasted green tea slush is also superb. Very impressive.
The go to place for ? Matcha ice creams ?strong matcha taste but not beaten and not too sweet?
Foods are awesome, very delicious matcha drinks. Servers are very considerate and sincere.
I wasn’t a huge fan of Matcha, but this place changed my mind. The Houjicha was outstanding!! The matcha cake was great as well.
I like the drinks and ice cream they serve here. After tasting several of their cakes I don't think it's really worth what your pay. Also sometimes the options can be quite limited depending on if they are busy.
Went to Tsujiri after dinner as a dessert treat and was very satisfied with their matcha latte. Friends ordered their parfaits and seemed to really enjoy them as well! Would love to go back to try more items
I love Japanese desserts including matcha soft serve! I’ve been to Tsujiri locations in Asia and am glad that they are now in BC as well.We ordered the Shiratama Parfait and the Yuzu Citron Parfait. You can choose whether you want matcha or hojicha for the soft serve and both were good. The flavor was strong and clean for both matcha and hojicha and the shiratama was good quality.I like the Japanese style interior with all the wood paneling on the walls and ceiling as well.
