Had the unagi chazuke and latte... portion sizes are for a child, still hungry afterwards. Not worth the 24 bucks.Presentation is nice and the latte tasted okay however.
A decent place for a snack waiting for your can to be serviced. Cookies are yummy.
Absolutely terrible. It wasn’t even busy, they said 20 mins wait and it took a full hour. My friend and I were both waiting patiently. At the 1 hour mark, we asked if we could get our drinks first, but the server was very rude and started slamming our orders on the table. Food wasn’t even hot when we got it, and it could have easily been assembled in less than 5 mins.Total waste of $25 per person. Called and left a message for the manager to call me back, but to this day he hasn’t bothered to try to rectify this.Should also note, watched the waitress use her cell phone to text while on her shift.If you want terrible service and bad food, this place is for you! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere better, even the original Tsujuri at Garden City. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Ordered the Tonkotsu Red and it was delicious. Didn't expect it from a small little shop in a car dealership but it was surprisingly tasty. The presentation of the food was very well done as well. You order the food and they call you up 10 minutes later and hand you over a box with your ramen. A lot of the places in Richmond open after 5 but this one is open until 4PM so great alternative for early eaters.
Ordered Tonkotsu Black and a Yuzu Sencha through Uber Eats. Everything came packaged individually. Tonkotsu soup in the paper cup, and the tea came with ice on the side.The broth was very good and tasty. Not too salty, but not too light either. The sliced pork was rich, fatty and flavourful with the slightest crisp on the edges.The tea was light and refreshing. The mix of green tea and citrus was delightful.Will order again.
Just pick up the pre-order meals, sandwich, cheese cakes and drinks. We were unable to eat at location due to tables being full and some of them not 2 meters apart. The rice is not cooked to standard. quiet disappointed. May have to visit other locations.
Food looks great but service was poor. Ordered a ramen waited 40 mins and no apology from the tea not even the person who looked like the manager of the teashop.
Got takeout from here today, liked the food and nicely packaged!
Came here specifically because it was pretty neatly situated inside a toyota dealership. Never knew tsujuri for anything besides green tea and was amazed at their salmon soba poke bowl. Flavours, quality and cost all aligned perfect to what you can expect. The flavours really show themselves out in a subtle yet tasteful way amongst all the other items in the bowl. Approx $15 for it and well worth the cost. Service here was also friendly and quick. Highly recommend this location.
