My default for bubble tea in Richmond. Great tea-based drinks (personal favourites are the Jasmine Green Tea, Roasted Buckwheat Black Tea, and Brown Sugar Pearl Milk) and the pearls are always cooked perfectly. I've also found the staff at this location to be efficient and polite. The only downside is the small selection of fruit flavoured drinks.
The brown sugar drinks that they have are superb. I doubted this place the first time I had their bubble tea, but when I came back they blew me away. Sometimes things are worth the second chance!
Whenever we have business meetings or events, Truedan Bubble tea is always our first choice for beverages. Their quality and flavour varieties never let us down! So happy they collaborated with Lu Rou Fantasty (Robson store), and we can order meals and snacks all at once! We love Truedan since day 1!
I got the capped brown sugar pearl milk. I thought it was just okay. But I really liked their pearls. They were soft and delicious!
I tried the green tea iced latte and it was really good. The cafe is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful (they helped me select a tea best suited for me based on the questions I asked). Thank you, Jenjudan, I can't wait to return!
Ordered Oreo Brown Sugar milk tea and Brown sugar pearl milk tea. Both tasted good and will go back to try other flavours
They had a huge variety of drinks. My favorite is the honey chrysanthemum drink. My son and wife got the sugar milk tea.Prices were reasonable and service was super quick.We will definitely drop by again to try the other unique drinks that this store offers.

One of my favorite bubble tea shops in all on Richmond/Vancouver right now. The Tofu pudding is very good and the drinks taste great.
We always try capped thai brown sugar milk tea and we knew the taste was strange after one sip. Since we visited all locations in lower mainland we know how it supposed to taste like. We politely asked re-do it cuz it just tasted not right but 2 lady employees in this place at 7:40pm on Feb 20 2022 refused. They want us to pay for the new one if we want it. According to them every Jenjudan branch has different recipes???? If so this Richmond location must carry terrible recipes. We were very disappointed about how they handled our problem.
