Good people, quick service and a rapid response drive through service. My first experience of Tim Horton in BC but a good one.
You can find Tim Hortons everywhere but sometimes there are few locations who serve you better and this is one of those.Great service
I miss and love this place. Comfy and familiar taste of Timmy’s.Coffee, donuts, lemonade and sandwiches. It feels like at home.Pure Canadian and only in Canada.
This location is the best Tim Hortons that offers good quality food in Richmond. Everyone is friendly and they are wearing a mask while preparing food, which is a bonus.
I'm giving up on this location, the accuracy when going through the Drive-Thru is terrible. No matter how clear and precise I make my order, they still seem to get it wrong on the regular. I keep giving this location a pass as its close to my house, but I've wasted enough time and money here. I will not be coming back.
Usually have the steeped tea had chili with it and no complaints about the taste or quality. Decent service and value for your dollar

Just got home from your store. 3/4 full French Vanilla. What the heck.
Unbelievable. I gave this place multiple chances but the drive through staff is just one hot mess. 3/3 times they manage to mess up my order and gave me the wrong orders. One time even charged me more for something that was not even there! Id advise against going here for drive through unless it is a small order. Walk in and or double check your order!
Just went there cuss it's one of the few things I can get something quick close to my hotel and really don't want it again cause it doesn't seem like they know what they are doing I got an medium ice cap with an espresso shot, when I got the ice cap it looked vary pale in like there was less coffee base in there then it could so I went back and told them so, they were like I don't know, I just told them it's not the normal colour of an ice cap, they took forever to "fix it" for one they got someone else to look at it then when they went to "fix it " they just added more espresso in not even the coffee base so in the two min walk back to the hotel I already have a melted ice cap
