I work at the Canadian Tire across the street and come here all the time, recently I've noticed Aman, who has been incredibly helpful in getting my mobile orders completed and helping out with any issues or problems. She really improves my customer experience every time I visit.

We Ordered ice coffee and croissant. Very happy and satisfied with the service of Kiranpreet. We request for less ice and to warm the croissant. She followed instruction and we got amazing coffee. Thank you for your service kiran ?

I’ve created a little ‘me time’ for myself on Sunday mornings at about 6am. This is my favourite Tim Hortons. It’s friendly, bright, and I’ve found a spot to do my weekly journal.

There is an Asian looking woman being very rude… They screwed up my order(which is very common and acceptable in a busy morning), but when I came up to explain, she rudely interrupted me saying ‘it’s not your order’. A minute later, she shouting at me asking ‘is this you order?’ Would be much better without this kind of stuff!

Was just at this location... no breakfast no baked goods 1 type of muffin .... or sandwiches not bad if you aren't a vegetarian or vegan... why be open if you serve nothing ??? Slow service for 2 coffee's what a waste of time

This has been our go to stop whenever we go to my uncle. The place is clean and all the crews serve with a smile on their face.There's a wide selection of pastries and coffee available.Seating is pretty good too, I've never seen this place full except during the morning (which is understandable).Parking space is not gonna be a problem since this is in a Plaza so park anywhere.

Idk why every time I come here in thr morning before work their grill is broken? So the food I want is never avaliable. They are pretty slow for morning rush drive through and even when I go inside it's still very slow. There seems yo be enough workers but the seems to not know what they are doing...

I am a regular to this location and it is a constant disappointment! Their drive through has 2 lanes and there is always one closed. The drive through typically takes a good 10+ minutes to go through. They never have a full selection of doughnuts and regularly only have maybe 5 different kinds only. In summer their cold drinks machine breaks and they don't bother to put up a sign or notify the 7+ cars waiting in the drive through.8 out of 10 times this location is a terrible experience!

UPDATE: 9 staff during breakfast so not inner staffed, but still issues with massive delays. Menus all broken for a few weeks as well.Nice staff, but either under staffed or *very* slow since the start of 2022.Disproportionate focus on drive through in the mornings (i.e. 3-4 cars serves for every in-person guest served).Standard level of food and coffee you'd expect of a Tims. Not great, but not terrible.

Staff dont work well with each other! Causes huge lineups that could be avoided with proper management! Food was put together with absolutely no love and it showed!
