Tim Hortons it's ok you won't find the best coffee of your life there but you might get something to wake you up whether is just from a sugar overdose or from caffeine. Steep Tea is a quite pleasant drink !
While out walking in downtown Richmond, I stopped for lunch at Tim Hortons. The service was great, as was the chili, sourcreme doughnut ? ? & coffee.
Food, drink and the price are perfect, wait time horrible due to how they operate. After taking order, the cashier will go get your food, make your coffee , then rest of the line is waiting that person to come back to take next order.
Honestly, I enjoy eating in this restaurant a lot. However, you guys should really make the delivery names a lot more bigger so the dashers or riders know who’s order is which, i got the wrong order before.
Ive been living in Richmond for years and by far this is the worst Tim Hortons branch I’ve ever been to.They almost always give me the wrong order.I hope the owner sells this franchise to someone who really cares about the business and not just hire students with 0 training. I almost never see the same employees because of their high turnover.Worst service by far
Only one coupon at a time. Don't know when a second coupon will be allowed (maybe after 24 hours?)The Tim Hortons android app is very slow to load.And the QR code is allowed to be scanned once in 30 minutes.As far as you know all these limitations, you can enjoy their nice coupons.And even without coupons, their prices are not too bad.
Probably the rudest Tim Hortons I've been to, I come here often because it's on the way to my destination despite the rude drive thru service. But if you can choose to go to another one I would recommend not supporting this Tim Hortons as the workers chatter, don't acknowledge you and are extremely rude.
I really love coming to this location! Any time of the day I come and any request I make such as having extra honey mustard in my sandwich is taken quickly and without hesitation. Though there has been a time when I was given the wrong muffins at the drive through, I came back around, was met with an apology for the inconvenience, and had my order corrected; I was even allowed to keep the other muffins! Anyways, I don't any other issues with this location and would come back again!

BE WARNED. Don't expect your ordered item will be available even thought you placed an order via app or even if you went through the order window. I understand its subject to availability but they won't tell you its unavailalbe till you're at the pick up window.I've been going to this particular location for the past 3 years and I have never being able to get chicken noodle soup regardless what time I go. It starts making me wonder that they don't have it in stock at all. This happens to the birthday cake tim bits as well. You'll be forced to switch to other items on the spot.I've involve in the same situation multiple times and will definitely go to other locations.
