Bad experience, our flight was delayed and tried to get some food from this Tim Hortons for our kids. Staffs are so slow and talking to each other in their language and peoples are line up and waiting for them to get food asap. Staff should help passengers first.
We have experienced the worst customer experience at this location today. There was a lady named Fatima was so much rude. She was taking order and talking behind in in her own language.While ordering we were just asking for extra cream when she got so rude and show the bad attitude. Even after that ,she was kind of laughing on us and staring at us very badly to show that she insulted us. Her behaviour spoil our whole day. People visit to refresh their day with a coffe but due to these kind of employees make their day worst . It is becuase the store is inside the airport due to which people need ti visit but otherwise if i got a chance. I will never ever visit to this place .
Was recently here on a layover. As to be expected, it was extremely busy, yet they were equally understaffed and overworked. Despite this, the employees kept going. From someone who’s worked in the service industry, they deserve a raise.The bagel was fresh and dark roasted coffee hit the spot.
Worst customer service my hash brown was hard as hell couldn’t even chew it.went to show the manager that it was my lunch hadn’t eaten anything and look at hash brown I swear just a general feedback she was worst didn’t even let me speak and said don’t yell at me she was trying to play victim card speaking in own language like why would you do that. Didn’t eaten my lunch even and this was manager’s behaviour what else you can expect. She was very confident in treating me like that.
They are selling garbage instead of food.
Stopped by for a late night sandwich and soup. guess the soup served was the last for the day in the pan. A ham and swiss sandwich was served as well, all in the average Tim Horton's routine. No real place to sit down though.
This Tims is not in a good location in the domestic terminal. It is downstairs and far from a lot of the gates. It is always lined up and there is little to no seating area. It is best to take your food to your gate. service is average. The staff are busy due to the long line up . I have never been to this location when there is not a long line up.
Tim hortons can you please put some rubber pads on the chair legs bc Its loud and obnoxious sound is overwelming. Especially to those who have auditory nerve damage..thanks
Had I served myself, I would have been greeted and treated with more enthusiasm. The staff were too busy, a line of 10 guests took 15 minutes. Not blaming staff, they were working hard. The donut and muffin were satisfactory. They offer a vegan breakfast sandwich that I would have tried had I had 10 more minutes.
