Great place! Good ambiance and amazing variety of drinks . Highly recommend this place for bubble tea. Also it will be easy to find this place from outside if there are identifiable boards placed.
Ordered the Vintage Black Tea Latte w/mousse and the drink just tastes super watered down (I ordered 30% ice). I went back and asked if it could be remade and she just offered to put more tea in my drink or suggested that I purchase a new one. Very disappointed with this customer service. I’ve ordered at different locations and never had an issue.
We ordered the Brown Sugar Milk tea with mousse.The mousse was melted into the drink. The pearls were overcooked and tasteless.
Ordered a brown sugar boba and a brown sugar red bean for $16. Both taste great, but size is small, and half of the cup is filled with ice. 1/3 the portion comparing to other bbt franchises. Not recommend
So amazing! Has a great drinks that is beautifully made with great attention to details. I ordered the brown sugar pearl milk and it's delicious! Great taste with a clear aftertaste and great service! 100/10 would go again

I don’t know why I saw lots of good review here. I just order 2 of their bobba black pearl but … IT IS NOT SWEET AT ALL. Like as in no taste. I don’t know if the attendant did wrong on my drink cause he talks and move like he was just new there. And it is our 1st time trying there. I might not come back anymore
Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk tea with mousse. For the price of $7, to be honest, I felt the size was definitely on the smaller side. What I liked was that it wasn't too sweet. I didn't tweak the sugar or ice and it wasn't overly sweet. The mousse was somewhat nonexistent and mostly melted into the drink. There was no extra flavour from it. The pearls were a tad overcooked for my liking. They had lost most of its chew. Overall wouldn't get this drink again from Tiger Sugar and also wouldn't recommend this place unless you are really desperate for bubble tea.
2 stars for brown sugar bbt, it was good but pricey and it was small compared to other bubble tea places. The two boys working on aug 21 we’re TOO chill, they we’re slow and people were waiting for their drinks for along time, I waited for 20 mins when no one was around (they kept forgetting my order).
The brown sugar teas are good. In fact, much better than many other fancier locations!
