I had the jasmine milk tea with coconut jelly and also tried a bit of the caramel milk tea. Both were delicious! Would want to try out other flavors as well in the future :)
Fantastic bubble tea. Perfect amount of sweetness without any special instructions. Comes with a nifty lid which is specially made for bubble tea straws.

Their Oolong Milk Tea was bland; could not taste the tea flavour as their milk/powder base was overwhelming. Would not recommend.
The purple yam fresh milk is good. They mash the yams daily in house and use fresh milk. Staff were friendly responding in English. The pearls are a bit stiff for my liking - perhaps wasn't the freshest batch. 30% brown sugar was more than enough for me - I liked that you could customize that as some places don't allow it.
