The service was rated low only because the waitress was inexperienced. She was very nice and hopefully will improve as she gains experience.
worst customer service.the staff is very rude.we were in a group of 6 people, ordered food and canned beer. I can understand that preparing food can take time, but 25 minutes to serve canned beer? really?and one of us asked one of the servers to clear our table so we can make space for our food and the lady gave us attitude because we asked her to clear our table.it was my worst Saturday night ever. Never going there again.
Hey all, was in last night for a quick dessert as we had dinner elsewhere.Riley is not only very pleasant but is a pretty rad human, thanks for the great service and amazing dessert suggestion!!!!Tonya the manager leads a great team here, thanks again!!Nat the security guard has to be one of the sweetest humans I've ever met in my life. Great personality and perfect person to be the face and greeter for the bar.Thanks again team!!!JR group, you need to invest in Nat for the future or he will be scooped up.
The fish and chips here are phenomenal. Fish was huge and battered perfectly. Fries were crispy and fresh, and the tartar sauce is a must try! Fresh, light, and creamy sauce. We ordered two of the fish and chips and it took quite a bit of time, almost 30 minutes, after we placed our order to recieve our food. The place was packed the night we went, and the restaurant had a serious understaffing issue. The 3 staff were running around and frantic all night trying to serve the full house and so the service was not as good as it could have been, to no fault of the staffs.
I'd be willing to give this place another try. The flavor is good but Uber ended up being late by 40 minutes. Fries were all soggy which isn't the restaurant's fault. Burger was a bit raw/rare for my taste but it has a really nice charcoal BBQ flavor.I think we should eat there next time...
It's better than I thought. The food was delicious with a big portion. The waitress was cheerful and helpful.
The Buck is our go to place. It is our neighbourhood pub - within walking distance which is great. Total relaxed atmosphere. You can sit and watch the game or have drinks with friends an no one is pushing you out the door. The staff is super friendly. Good food and drinks.
