Ordered pickup from here as they were having a special discount and figured it'd be as good a time as any to try it out for the first time. I've tried a lot of bubble teas in my time and this was one of the most disappointing. I ordered the Strawberry Q Green Tea and the Rose Milk Tea. The Strawberry Q Green tea was absolutely flavorless, basically drinking off water with some lychee jellies at the bottom. The rose milk tea was also not that good, though slightly better as it had some flavor to it. The store ran out of pearls too! They were nice enough about letting me know and reimbursed me the cost of the pearls thereafter, but for a bubble tea place to run out of pearls... it's pretty unfortunate. I'll say the place definitely had a nice atmosphere to it and the staff were friendly enough, but with so many options for bubble tea in Richmond, I won't be returning to this place any time soon.
Came here as I heard a lot of good things about this place. The atmosphere is nice and there are plenty of tables to sit. I enjoyed my tea. Would come back here again and try the other teas.

Looking for a place like this in Richmond to study for a long time. Got 3 drinks over my study session, all were exceptional (Oolong tea latte, matcha latte, Mango Q black tea). Friendly barista, comfy seats, free wifi. What more could you ask for?
Great selection of drinks and toppings (pearls, coconut jelly, etc). Affordable and they take personal reusable cups!
This place takes wayyyyy too long to get bubble tea orders done, my friends and I waited over an hour and a half for 6 bubble tea drinks. I do not suggest going here unless you are order 1 or 2 drinks. But u might still end up waiting half an hour.
The drinks were very tasty and refreshing; however, with only one staff member on the floor the drinks took longer than expected.

Potentially a nice place. Ambiance was nice but because of covid restrictions, take out was the only option. Tried the roasted oolong milk tea as recommended by the server. Had it with grass jelly since they ran out of pearls and it was gonna take ONE HOUR! Grass jelly was nice. Milk tea flavor was not bad but did taste watery. Employees were friendly but took a while and appeared that they weren’t too sure of what was going on. Some communication issues between the 2. They had a lot of takeout orders so I waited almost 10 mins for my order.
