The dessert is nice. The attendants are polite and attentive. The cafe is spacious so that you can sit comfortably.My order is durian with vanilla ice-cream. The durian tastes good. However, its flavour is less strong. Therefore a star is deducted. The shaved ice is well and evenly mixed with the sweetened milk so that every spoon of shaved ice is delightfully sweet.The spoon is specially designed so that you can clean up the square bowl.
Ordering from the menu can be tricky, apparently special request does not mean extra or add on. So be careful when ordering. Mixed fruit with sago and mango juice was nice and refreshing. The Mango pancake was amazing, ate it up so fast that I forgot to take a photo!
just realized there are 3 locations. I took my friends here to try the souffle pancake. It's about 15 min wait but it is WORTH the wait! So jiggly and fluffy. I came back today to try different flavors. Love the matcha!
I ordered from Skip the Dishes. Restaurant forgot "ice watermelon" drink. I tried to get re-delivery of the missing item that I already fully paid for from Skip the Dishes. I was told that I would be issued a refund on the missing item and to simply "re-order" the item via their app. I was concerned about their suggested method of simply "re-ordering" because the app usually charges multiple fees and charges for ordering items. Support assured me that the amount they were refunding would cover all costs including tip and delivery and app charges. The amount they refunded me fell way short of what was owed. In the end, I had to pay extra money to the restaurant by re-ordering with only a partial refund from Skip the Dishes. Why should a customer have to pay for a restaurant's mistake? I tried to re-engage chap at Skip the Dishes about my concerns. The second support person basically told me that they couldn't help me and simply ended our support session. I feel both the restaurant who forgot the drink and Skip the Dishes who did not help mediate a proper resolution, was both at fault
First time at this place. We had a warm tofu with walnut paste dessert and walnut paste with black sticky rice chilled. The walnut soup was on the thicker side but I thought it was good and not too sweet. I will have to go again to try other items.
My grandfather from HK took me to this place to try some authentic Chinese dessert. I had the mango sago. Mango juice taste very real, definitely not made from syrup. I was told that it is 100% made from pure mango.On top it's a pic of big fresh mango. Recommended to every one!
Awful. My coconut jelly dessert has a mole it may be in the fridge for monthsBut that was my friend birthday so i didnt want to make a big deal and still tip but i will never come back
Came at 11:20pm on a Tuesday with some friends for a quick snack but was told they already had last call. They also said they closed at 11:30pm? Online and on their door it says 12am...disappointed.
Good menu selection and food is delicious but portion sizes were majorly lacking. I only had a few pieces of grass jelly and my boyfriend only got 4 pieces of mango. Not even close to the amounts other people have posted
I dont know what's wrong with all the reviews like because of them I was a bit hesitant on coming however I came here with not much expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the dog just like everyone else and let me tell you it tastes like milk tea + pearls!! Super wide variety, free wifi, great ambiance, and great customer service. (also GREAT MUSIC CHOICE PERSONALLY) The girl server was super kind and helpful! Great place to study when there aren't many customers obviously! We also weren't forced to pay tip like everyone was saying. 10/10 would come again
