Fantastic Omakase! Four kind of Japanese Uni from Hokkaido was amazing quality. Must try!

amazing Valintines Day omakase dinner with Chef Yuta! the food was fresh and meticulously prepared, as authentic as our omakase in Japan! 10/10 would recommend (my 2nd time)

This disgusting place charge me over a thousand for a horrible omakase. I will never come back since the price never matched the quality. The chef is so stingy and untalented and I rather spend my money on better things in life. I can’t believe this guy scammed so many people including myself for such mediocre meal. Won’t ever recommend this place to anyone

Wow the price is eye watering and the presentation of the food is so mediocre. When you charge such a high price, you should realize that the expectations of guests will also increase. Compared to other omakase experiences in Vancouver which are also using air lifted ingredients from Japan, this price is completely off base and not sensible. From the way things are cut and how they are plated, I'm shocked by this and would never recommend to friends. The only way they can turn this around is if they bring prices down to appropriate market levels because there is no differentiator to this place at all. It's another disappointment from this same hotel.

Best Seafood/Japanese meal I ever had. The service was amazing, the chef use a long sharp blade slice through. They give you a personal service. What you didn’t have enough? No problem they will make you whatever you are happy with. You can see the process of the meal, how they slice the meat, how they make sushi, and how they get expensive wasabi from using shark teeth. Overall great deal. Loved every thing.(They also have ice cream, and fresh Japanese fruits at the end of each meal).

Me and my husband went here for our anniversary, the food quality is average at most. I absolutely regret recommending this place to my husband as our bill was over $1000 including tip and I've better food for under $100. The Mcdonalds on the ride home was great though.

Food was delicious, service was exceptional! Beautiful and intimate setting with lots of attention to detail. I had such a great experience that I booked out the restaurant next month to go with my friends altogether. Can’t wait!

Don’t understand all the hype about this place. Priced at 499+ per person for the top option, it is nothing close compared to the relatively similar priced options in the east coast (including 1/2 Michelin star places). Weird course progression (a beef dish between two fish dishes), sloppy knife skills, and mediocre rice.I guess they can charge their price due to no other competition but I’d rather save the money and go to better places elsewhere. Always some random rich/uncultured person who will fall for this restaurant. A friend of mine also went and had the same feeling about this restaurant as well.Won’t recommend and won’t be returning.
