If in the area this is an excellent sushi restaurant. Food is fresh and well presented. For the past few visits it takes about 30 minutes to prepare an order. Ample free parking within Garden City Mall. They have an easy to use online ordering system that has up to date pricing and photos of each item. Not so great paper take out menu is a black and white photocopy of text only.
I am surprised this place isn't over 4stars. The food quality is up to standard, worth a 4-star, at least for the items we v tried so far (various rolls, tempura, sashimi). I gave a five-star over all because of the good price, quantity and service.We LOVE their SPECIAL SAUCE on Alaska rolls! Sooo good! We tried both dine in and take out. Their staff are nice. Even though the waiting time for take out is on the long side, but they noticed you ahead, so not a big issue.One suggestion is that hope they put more descriptions and Photos on the on line order site.
Loveee this place! One of our go-to spots for sushi. Magma roll and crunch fantastic roll are a must try! Super friendly staff and very quick service. Very easy parking. The food here is amazing!
Food is good. However, they made a mistake with one of the dishes, even though we wrote on the order that we were allergic to mushrooms. Their compensation wasn't fair and the manager didn't want to speak as well. For customer service, not great! Just be careful if you order from them, especially if you have any allergies/food restrictions!
Fairly average sushi nothing too outstanding. Miso soup was excellent and the salmon sashimi cut into good thickness slices. Presentation was well done.
Definitely not what it used to be. Salmon Oshi and Hotate Oshi was pretty bland but the Alaska combo was pretty good.
Good sushi overall! It's not mind-blowing, but what you would expect from other k-sushi places, so it's a reliable good quality/amount for what you pay. Ingredients were fresh and rice was cooked well.Dine in experience was good. Tables are socially distanced and staff sanitized them between groups. The staff were friendly and attentive. At the end it was a bit hard to catch them to pay so we just went to the front. There were only 2 staff on the floor as it got busy for dinner time so I would just chalk that up to being understaffed.
Dine in experience had lots of good service. Staff pretty attentive and careful with substitutes (good for people with allergies). Good portions. Not super wow food but still good food so no complaints!
I got sushi packed for to go a few times. Their food has been always fresh and the size of the roll was perfect for our family.Kids loved their rolls so much, and it was easy to get them fed for dinner.Talking on the phone for order was easy and they were kind as well. I will surely go to the place again and recommend other friends to try.
Excellent service serving with quality food and very authentic japanese dishes. Very high price per quality ratio. Will definitely come back.
