If you are celebrating a birthday, do not bother coming here. First, we lined up for at least 40 mins on a weekday. When we were next in line, I asked if we could put our birthday cake in their fridge. They said we couldn’t because they don’t have space for cakes in their fridge. That was reasonable, so we decided that we would leave it on our table. After finishing our food, we asked for plates to cut our cake. They told us then that we couldn’t have cake/outside food at the restaurant. This was NOT mentioned when we previously asked them to place our cake in the fridge. Had we known, we would have left the line to go to a different restaurant.

Had lots to eat, but was so hungry that I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the food before we feasted. I did however get a chance to snap a picture of the pork bone soup which was amazing!! Would come again but for a special occasion or with more friends - definitely on the more expensive side of KBBQ. BUT regardless, still amazingly delicious ?

The restaurant was very clean and the ambience was a very "chill" one! The lighting was on the darker side, but it did add to the modern atmosphere of the restaurant! The servers were very friendly and kept checking up on us while we ate.The food was very delicious, although it was on the pricier side of things! My friends and I got the Royal Marinated Galbi, Herb Pork Belly, and the Seafood Pancake. The serving sizes are relatively big (especially the seafood pancake) and when you order food, it comes with many side dishes; you will definitely be full!

Spacious and clean, beautiful decor, fresh and delicious food, friendly staff. Good Covid protocols. We ordered the bibimbap served in hot stone bowls and I was pleased they had both a neat and veggie option.

the food was good and the service excellent and attentive it makes our experience wonderful. plus the place is clean we will definitely back when we come back to mainland.

Pretty attentive service, good food and relaxed atmosphere.

Food was delicious. The pork bone soup and rice cakes were really good. It was a bit disappointing because I heard good things about the lunch set. we came for the lunch set, but it was unavailable with no news on when it would return.

This is the kind of service you can expect when you arrive and wait in line for almost an hour to eat. This place is VERY serious about their 9 pm cutoff. Even though their website says they are open for dinner service from 5-9:30 p.m, if you are seated close to 9 p.m. they WILL enforce the 9 pm order cutoff. Don't expect any type of customer service or thorough answers if they are rushing you to order. Also, once your order is put in, do not expect ANY followup. Our server didn't even come by ONCE to ask how our food was. Even though we asked for some more hot water for our tea, we had to ask multiple times, and even then, that was all we received. None of our plates were cleared and the only additional interaction we received was a comment saying they are closing in 6 minutes.I understand a restaurant has hours, but they should be consistent in their messaging and service. We had a table of children and when two of the parents were helping them with their order, the servers said one of the parents had to leave. They cited covid protocols, and even though there was spacing between some tables. They turned around and sat a couple down between two other large parties. There was no consistency in how they seated people or justified their actions. Also, the level of service the other tables received looked reasonable. But our server sat down with two other girls, and they were sitting down for at least 30 minutes. During this time they did not even walk around the restaurant and check on either of our tables. We spoke to a different server who was walking around and letting everybody know that the restaurant was closing and when we asked why the service was poor he mentioned he was part time and apologized and said he didn't really know why. We weren't offer a chance to speak to management and when we asked who management was he pointed to the table of three girls that were sitting down.If those were indeed the supervisors for the evening they were setting a very bad example, contradicting themselves, and also didn't even check on their tables. We won't be going back again as this location certainly deserves the lower ratings relative to the other Sura locations.I have been to this location two other times and although the food is good, the service was beyond poor this visit and if all this restaurant is concerned about is taking your money without putting in any effort, I would strongly suggest trying a different Sura location, or avoiding this restaurant altogether.

Nice place with original good food, the only thing is that you need to make a reservation with some time before going, I'd had to wait 1h.

Great cuts of meat ?, honestly. This restaurant is probably my favourite Korean bbq place in all of Canada, and this includes all of the places I've been in Toronto!! It's not all you can eat, but the quality of meats are amazing and very filling. If you're willing to spend, you can fill yourself with great marinated table meat and other side dishes (bimbimbap, seafood pancake, soon tofu, Korean salad).
