Super rude staff. Zero customer service skills, first and last time at this location.
I came here with a friend late in the evening and Mahak who was helping us was extremely friendly and patient. Her customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time! Please give her a raise!!
Had first meal of the day with my friend after a long shift at work , the trip was bad . Monica working at front has no idea about good customer service , no smile , no greetings , not taking care of customers special needs . No presence of mind at work , forgot that which sub was veg or non veg . First time visit . Definitely not coming back . Drive to some other food stores nearby instead.
Worst customer service!!! They tried to up-sale my child with bacon on a pizza sub. Then tried to charge for bacon. When we refused to pay, they then opened the sub to remove. Veggies were frozen and hardly put any on the subs. We ended up walking out and not paying. Both bathrooms were out of service, so my 7 year old couldn't use.
I stopped by this evening for a foot long steak-and-cheese. I ended up getting vegetarian, because you can barely see any meat in my sandwich. The staff there were very rude. I don't recommend this location and I'm definitely not going back.
Ordered off skip and they left a note saying enjoy your cookie :) which was super nice and everything was correct and made perfectly!
I order food through skip from this location at least once a month as it’s one of the location nearest to my work. The packaging is excellent, and they generously leave a positive note, with emojis and a free cookie along the food courier.
