Went in to get a snack and was told washroom was being cleaned . Went to Safeway and got groceries a haircut and some meats in the plaza and went back (I like cookies) and washroom was still being cleaned . Well two staff were just sitting at counter on phone . I think they just don’t want to clean the washroom and render it useless .
I went in to order food. The washroom was so dirty, I cleaned it for them cause I felt bad.The person working was a lady in her 40’s , looked like the owner or manager cause she didn’t wear subway shirt like the other.She was doing an online order at the same time and kept asking me the same damn questions.I thought she was doing it deliberately.Using the same disposable gloves between multiple orders and touching cash register/debit machine.My order was finished and right before I payed she moved onto an online order which came in after me and she tried to sort out a confusion.Waited an extra 3-5 minutes before I had to ask her to focus on one order.
Showed up to this location at 7:29 a.m.. Open the front door walked in was told by the staff that they're not open yet and not taking any orders. I looked at my watch and it was now 7:30 I looked on the front door it said they opened at 7:30. I guess they don't want people's money . If you're not open why is your door unlocked. And if the front door says 7:30 and at 7:30 but you're still not open and not taking orders . Trying to support local businesses during the pandemic but I guess they don't want support or money

Ordered a footlong rotisserie chicken sandwich off the subway app. Got a wrap instead. I asked the workers why and they told me because on the receipt it had the name "ChickenCaesarMeltRotis" so it means it's a wrap even though it had a 12"" and the name of the bread RIGHT UNDER it.She said she only reads the title.I even put instructions like toast the bread with pepper and onion etc. I also paid for the actual sandwich but with a $2 off footlong coupon.All these signs points to an actual footlong sandwich and they still insist it's a wrap.I even showed them the app but they are useless lol.Subway please either fix your app naming system or educate your employees better.
great food and wonderful customer services. I visited there with my family. staff was very friendly.
The girl who did my order had the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, she was rude since the whole time and then when I asked for my cookies she literally threw it on top of the counter.
Too bad the sandwiches came with such skimpy ingredients. Not at all filling. If you like Subway sandwiches there are other nearby Subway locations that are much better.

Worst subway. All they had for bread was brown bread. .. for a strictly sandwich business having only one type of bread is unacceptable.. and when I had to repeat myself of what type she made a snarky remark and rolled her eyes.Worst subway I’ve ever been to..ended up walking out. No sandwich
