I am regular customer and the staff are usually nice and serves the best. However last time on 24th June Ibelive one of the staff member was in rush, I had ordered veg footlong and requested to pack half separately. One half was vegetarian but the other half she gave turned out to be chicken which was the order of a couple ahead of me.Being in rush and careless is not a sign of good customer services. I am not happy with it. I had to throw away the sandwich as I am vegetarian.However, best part is one of the other staff realized that I was given a wrong half portion, for which they admitted and compensated as well. Like the service and thus it made me change the reviews as well.Happy ?
Amazing people, amazing food, always so nice with customers. Everyone feels like it's a safe space to eat or take out. Will definitely go back.

I hate giving bad reviews because the food industry can be a thankless one but..it was my first time at this one and I won't go back. One lady was helping customers while the other took out the not full garbage having to push past the lady making my sandwich, yuck. Then she was cleaning the back and something with signs. Usually stuff like that gets done when there are no customers and it is a small place so it can get lined up quick. Then the lady put hardly any vegetables on, had to ask for more still not much. The worst part which is why I am writing is, she made my sandwich, I asked for the dozen cookies and a drink..after making sandwich she told me how much, I was paying cash which regret now and she took it, gloves on, got my change gave it back, same gloves got my cookies. She touched everyone multiple times because she could not get in the container, took them out, crammed them in, put some in a bag, took a while and all I kept thinking was gross. I don't want to eat them cause can't wash them off so I'll probably throw them away. Worked kn food industry before for many years and was very concious of things like this, it's bad. Only good thing was the pop was better than most places
My experience at this subway is always amzaing. The staff is very professional and their speed of service is excellent. Also, the quality of food is the best of all. They always make fresh breads and especially their cookies are really awesome. :)

Pre-ordered online 2 footlong. Saw my sandwich being left open for atleast 5 minutes because they ran out of honey mustard. Both of the ladies were trying to find the sauce and had difficulty opening it. That's why both sandwiches were left open for 5 minutes before they finished wrapping them up.
Love this place as staff service is excellent.. Fast service far better than other subways.. Like to visit this place again..
I love the fact that this is open until 11.00 pm. Most of the restaurants in the area closes at 8.00-9.00 and this is the perfect place for a quick bite and mostly no queues..
Good service, cooperative staff, like this place and would come here again.
