Decent coffee. Always slow service. Last night and again this am staff seemed more engaged with personal or work related conversations with each other than customers. Need to pick up a customer centric focus here. Could take it from just ok to great. I think there may be some lack of incentive due to lack of direct competition in the vicinity.
Love the tasty coffee at the Starbucks location, always go with the Pike flavor. Service was efficient and friendly!

Ordered a sandwich and a tea here. Pretty slow service, and as a result a long long line. Aircrew need to be caffeinated before they take to the skies! They took so long just to make a tea. Just literally putting a tea bag into hot water. Why! Don't know. YVR in general doesn't have a whole lot of options for coffee, so not much that can be done about the situation - but the branch in general should crack the whip and get staff working FASTER!!
Five people behind the counter and they seem confused. Was here twice today, slow slow slow. A few people left the line up as they were annoyed at waiting so long and no people getting thru.
