I had a terrible experience at this location . Customer service level and quality of service was very bad, not recommended at all.We talked to the manager name sheathey do not apply Starbucks policy and they kept me in line for 7 minutes no solution was provided to me and I had to leave the store unhappy on satisfied never will go back to this location ever

Go through the drive-thru almost every Sunday, no complaints here. Service is usually fast and courteous.

They were very quick to give us our order - very friendly - but I ordered a decaf americano - I even confirmed with them when I picked up my coffee....it was definitely not decaf - I was wired and awake all night with heart palpitations. We were so upset about this - will definitely not return.
I hate complaining as I used to work in a Starbucks myself, but after waiting 20 minutes for a drink we ordered via mobile order today, I had to say something. There were people behind us getting their orders before ours, so clearly it got lost in the mix, but no attempt at a real apology was made. When I used to work there, we’d at least offer a sincere apology and sometimes offer a voucher for a free drink, but this was just shrugged off. This is not the first time we’ve had to wait an extended period of time. I have no problem if they’re honest about how long it’s actually going ti take, but when you’re told 7 minutes when it’s going to be 20, something’s gotta give. After that whole wait, there was no flavoured syrup in my drink either. Very diappointing and won’t be visiting again.
This location has a drive by but is often very busy. Fairly minimal seating but most of the time I'm here to grab coffee and run so it doesn't effect me much
I ordered no whip cream, but there was whip cream on my drink even if tho it says on the paper no whip cream. The other drinks I ordered were really good and what I wanted!
Ordered a peppermint hot coco with Oat beverage 9:08pm Nov.14 2021. If you’re anaphylactic and allergic to nuts, avoid this place. The barista may kill you due to negligence and cross contamination. The drink resulted in me breaking out in hives.
This is quite a busy location but the staff is amazing and very hard working. Although it looked like a war zone in there, the wait time was significantly short and I was able to go in and out in less than 15 mins. Impressive!
