I made my entire order at Steveston Starbucks on the mobile app by mistake as this is my usual store. Steve looked at the order on my app and made it all for me and didn’t charge me. So kind. I appreciate this kind of customer service so much. You don’t get it often any more.

Starbucks always have the kindest, friendliest staff. I had the nicest worker help me out with one of my orders! Above and beyond! It is a busy location though so just be aware of possible wait times.

This is the best Starbucks store I have been to, they made the Espresso Frappuccino is the best in the city!Thumbs up!Really hope they will keep this high stander as always!
At least 5 employees working in there, doors are locked because “short staffed” and when I walked to the drive thru window they refused to take the order even though I was the only customer
Update: in-store and drivethru open again for coffee orders.Temporarily closed due to construction update. Usually very busy but coffee drivethru traffic closed for now.
I love this Starbucks. The baristas here are all very friendly. However, I go to this location everyday as it is right by my house and now they are doing renovations without any warning that this was going to happen. No signs and the baristas didn't tell me even though I'm a regular. Kinda feels like I was ghosted by my favorite coffee shop. I'll give you those other 2 stars back when you open up again.
