I don't know why the lady working here is so rude. I just want to ask for a paper bag to put my 4 drinks so that they will not pour on my car. But she looks like so hate me. We just don't know each other, why can't we be nice to each other? She makes me feel so uncomfortable now. The company should improve the staff's standards. Too terrible experience this time.
This location is okay, they are inconsistent. I order blonde roast close 3pm from here often and six out of ten times the coffee is warm to cool. They don't brew blonde roast after 3pm I get told but that doesn't account for warm to cool coffee.
Lydia is a superstar. The Starbucks at Richmond Centre is always busy and somehow they don't screw up drinks.
Usually ok but I noticed one thing from my few recent orders that: Every time I ask for light ice they just don’t care n fill the half cup with ice. Also In my previous mobile order, I placed iced matcha tea with vanilla sweet cold foam. But when I went to pick my order, a girl said they don’t have any foam and she didn’t offer any substitute. My next order was the same yet it had almost no foam and was filled with just ice. They can at least do better than this.
Waited for 10 min for my coffee. Turned out someone printed my cup and forget to do it. When I asked, one of their staff found out and made it right away (thank you). If I haven’t asked, could have waited forever??
Same as any other Starbucks, the personon the till was so friendly and lovely though, really made my day. My only complaint is the paper straw with the frappuccino...disintegrated immediately ??♀️?
While there is nothing wrong with the drinks or products here, the staffing levels never seem to meet demand on a weekend. For example, the photo shows how busy it is right now and it took nearly 20 minutes for me to get a cappuccino. The estimated ready time was long passed by the time they called my name. Just be aware that you’ll need to give yourself lots of time or place your mobile order when you leave home and start driving to the mall.
Delicious but too much ice on drinks. Kinda rip off in my opinion.
Staff are efficient, as at times this location gets pretty busy and they maintain their patience. I use Starbucks app and give them enough time to prep my drink. Can't complain much- They got my full name right from the get go!
This location can be extremely busy at most times and it can get pretty hard to hear the staff during the order process, especially with the plastic shields in front of the counters now.Because of the rush, it can take fairly long to get your order and often times even mobile order is down.
