Why isn’t there an option for NO STARS??Came here 2 weeks ago to eat and watch kids hockey game and one of the servers practically bit my head off for not showing my COVID vaxxed pass at the entrance. There was no sign to tell me to wait before entering.There were several “reserved” tables that remained empty for an hour after the booking time (Signs said 6:15pm). We found a table in the corner. Had menus thrown at us and absolutely no efforts made to answer questions about any other seating or food. Well, unless you want eyes rolled at you. ?Then I called today to try and reserve a table and surprise - all of a sudden they don’t take reservations. I guess you need to be a regular and in the manager’s good books to get that extra special privilege.I would rather sit in the cold rink instead of the unnecessary rudeness and attitude and not to mention the stale smell of grease in your clothes. HARD PASS
The City of Richmond owns this place it's a dump!No a/c on in 34 degrees hotness and can't watch my kid play from anywhere this place is f/×=£#.
Good, friendly.Best place to watch hockey your not all that invested in. Jokes aside, meets all standards.

Food almost as good as really bad pub food. Servers were easily distracted and content with the 18% tip and just phoned it in. Avoid!

We wasted time going to this “open” business to find your doors locked. Seems like the other businesses in the complex have figured out how to edit their hours of service. It’s okay if you’re deviating due to COVID, but have some respect for the time of prospective patrons...No signage posted... invest a few minutes, guys.
Food and atmosphere was great for the location. The service was terrible. Its like the mandatory tip makes it okay for the servers to give bad service. My friend asked "can i have some utensils?" nicely and the server says Pleeeeease. Very rude.Other than that it is a great place to watch sport games.
