Won't be coming back. Came with my girlfriend and apart from the negligible customer service, the pricing was absurd. First off we could not order a regular size, only a large. When I suggested putting a regular size amount in a large cup they immediately said that it would still cost the same price as a large... I had to ask twice as I was shocked that they wouldn't use their common sense to do this and it seemed like a total money grab. Not pleased with the bingsoo, the customer service, the pricing, and the fact that they have regular sizes on the menu but simply won't allow you to get one for the regular price. The only good thing was the insulated bag that they gave our bingsoo in which probably retails for about 1$.
Solid place for dessert after dinner. It's a great location as it is on "Eat"Street, aka Alexandra Road where many restaurants are located. I'm a big fan of their shaved ice as it is milky and sweet.Highly recommend the mango bingsu and green grape bingsu
My favorite place to get taiyaki!! They're 3 for $10 - super crispy and delicious and flaky I got three different flavors: red bean custard and injeolmi (Korean rice cake that's soft and chewy). It's take out only right now but I couldn't wait to get home to eat them, they taste the best fresh so I devoured them in the car ?Taiyaki's are also known as bungeoppang in Korean as I recently learned from JK and Jin's post ?
Completely incompetent staff. We placed our order, waited for 10 mins, then went back into the car to wait since it was taking unexpectedly long. A couple mins later we walk back in to pick up the order and see the empty store with the two staff just sitting in the back eating or playing on their phone, and our food no where to be seen. Turns out they completed forgot about us and our order (thought we were new customers and tried to take our order again lol?). When we finally got the food we found out the taiyaki was raw..
Excellent portion. I can be satisfied eating a large bingsu by my self. The mango is always sweet!The ice is made of some kind of cream. Very soft and fluffy. It’s not like the other places that just serve crushed ice.Portion is great. Packaging is cute. Comes with a silver bag that helps retain the cold.
My wife ordered a Bingsu through the delivery app Fantuan.The two people in front of me received a thermal bag to keep their bingsus cold.I received mine in a plastic bag. When I asked if I could also get a thermal bag, they told me "they don't provide these bags for delivery apps".What purpose are these bags for if not specifically for takeout/delivery?!By the time I got home, her bingsu melted because it was not sealed.We were both long time customers, but this was our first time ordering through an app and I think its disgusting they engage in such discriminatory service difference just because someone ordered through an app instead of in store.I hope they get delisted.Needless to say, we are not going back there again.
Not worth the money and waited too long for take out even though there’s no customers. Only ice and couple pieces of diced mango.
Walked in and had to wait for the 2 workers to finish playing on their phone before they finally came over to take our orders. It took a while before it came out and it was generally ok, nothing special.
Definitely my favorite place for bingsu so far! Delicious ?
Large desserts that are very yummy, a bit pricey though.
