The service is so slow look like they hate their job. I have to flag one of the server down. After paying she speak Chinese which I don’t understand. I asked her what is it? She said more tips. I don’t mind for the service she provided but none in existence and ask for more tips. The food is below average used to be good. I will not coming back with that poor service and ask for more tips. I think they need more training. It is some old Chinese lady that everyone talking about.
Great late night food and reasonably priced. We’re here every Friday night after hockey. The food and service have never disappointed us. Like all HK Style restaurants, All the meals includes soup and cold drink.Parking lot in the strip mall and streets are always full. We park in the parking lot on the corner of Kwantlen and Alexandra for $1/hr.
Lots of wide choices food from western to Asian dishes, great value and awesome taste. They are open late which is very convenient when you have those cravings. The place is very busy and the speed of the service is not bad. The parking is lot is always full in the evenings and weekends.Everything we go here.. this place doesn't disappoint.. we will keep coming back! It's worth the trip
If you are looking for an old fashioned westernized Cantonese restaurant, this is the place. They cooked early Cantonese immigrant food that not only serves Asian but for White people too. It is a special kind of Chinese cuisine that looks like Chinese cuisine but not really…But takes good tho, and will get you stuffed without hurting your wallet.
Late dinner on Friday, no parking outside the restaurant, hence 4 out of 5 stars. They are very reasonably priced, especially with other restaurants pricing keep going up, which make it a even better deal. I wasn’t expecting the quality to be this good, because of the low price. The fish was cooked perfectly, chicken was just average, but the portion size was huge. The tomato soup was a little on the small side, but overall this is a pretty good place.
With a huge selection of food, great portion sizes, and fantastic hours, this place has moved quickly to near the top of my places to eat while on a night shift, or at the end of a long day. The value for money is fantastic, and my wife and I can often get 2-3 portions out of our dishes. This place isn’t super healthy or the fanciest dining in Richmond, but I think it should be those things either… if I had to guess at the owners intentions, I would guess that it well fulfills its purpose of being a fantastic family restaurant, a great gathering spot for friends, amazing take-out, good service, and good value! If you’re looking for those things, I would highly recommend eating here!
I don't go here much but I like the place. One of the few restaurants left with filling portions for relatively cheap prices, considering dining out prices have gone up 40-100% thanks to reckless irresponsible fiscal and monetary policies by our government.
Authentic HK style food and late night option is really good too, bad thing is lack of parking and lack of staffs available. But damn, they make my night happy and full
Lots of selection and open late... everyday! They have a few pretty good items for most ppl... if you're looking for warm service this is not your place. Looking for a quick bite with lots of choices, decent price & late night hrs... good option if u don't want #9 or a bbt house.
Gone to several HK Cafes in Richmond now but Silver Tower is still my go to. I am fluent Cantonese speaker so this does make the ordering process easier.Their Baked Spaghetti Bolognese is one of the best, with generous sauce and good flavour. I don’t come here for stellar interior and fantastic service, but the food is great value and I love that they’re open late. Servers have always been nice and efficient every visit.
