Four stars for the excellent dim sum and stir fried dishes. The beef chow fun was perfect and the daikon cake was super tasty. You can actually taste the radish pieces! We ordered 9 dishes and were not disappointed. No wonder there was a long wait for our table! Minus one star for their average service and charges for containers to pack our left overs. I figured if I d spent over $200 they can throw in two containers for free?
had a dinner here with a friend visiting Vancouver. Its not a busy night with less than half the tables were filled. Very unsatisfied with the food quality, the fried chicken are super dry (probably overcooked or even re-fried!) , The vermicelli shrimp pot is also super dry and over cooked. Never had such poor quality in any Chinese restaurant in Richmond.Staff are not responsive also. Will definitely not going again.
This Restaurant does not even DESERVE a star! We arrived at 5pm after trying to call to make reservation but was hung up on after they said "we were too busy!" Once they realized I was Caucasian. So we decided to go to the restaurant as we were celebrating our anniversary at the RiverRock casino. When we arrived the place had 20 people and again she said we are too busy. Thus was at 5pm there was no one there. So we walked out. Very rude and very disappointed!
Excellent and authentic Chinese banquet dinner at this restaurant. We had dim sum here before, good dim sum, but dinner was the first time. All the 10 courses for this birthday dinner were nicely prepared, cooked perfectly. I especially like the cream style lobsters. The traditional birthday cakes were very special.Servers were very nice and attentive and the venue is nicely decorated. The only thing is that for restaurant’s free parking, you have to park on the 7th floor, driving round and round for 7 times to get there.
Extremely rude phone services, they marked up at least $1 extra per dim sum, after a month without notice.Portion is smaller than last month.
This is really elegant and nice to gather with family and friends here. All dishes and Dianxin are really delicious. Waiter and waitress is professional. Environment is bright and clean, dishes comes very quickly after order. Strongly recommend others to come to try, don’t disappoint, really worthy.
One of my favorite dim sum places. As a born and raised Cantonese, their taste is standard. Fair pricing and good quality.
Located across from the casino. There is plentiful parking in the parking structure above the restaurant but the parking is located on the top floor so takes a while to wind you way up.The restaurant itself is very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Great place for dim sum.
A nice restaurant with excellent decorations. The food are also good. No complaints
Took a friend from out of town there for dim sum. Bill came out to be ~$150 for 2 (we did order a lot of stuff). Customer experience is absolutely terrible. Manager literally chases people down for tip, prices are expensive (you’re paying for the decor mostly) and food is slightly above average at best.
