Fast service and friendly staff and environment

Foods were not bad. I have been there few times already. Parking space are sufficient when you go there for morning dim sum. If you go there after 12 noon. You can hardly find a spot. Staff are usually polite and friendly to their loyal customer. For those like me only been there for a few times. They don't really bother. I would say it's a typically Chinese restaurant customer service.

Clean and friendly food are awesome

I've always wanted to try this place but they were usually busy on the weekends and the parking lot was usually full. It just so happen last week that we were driving by and notice that they weren't too busy. I assume it had something to do with someone on a Chinese social media site claiming one of the staff had Covid which turned out to be totally false. The food was pretty good and was fresh, though the portions were small compared to other dim sum restaurants. All the dishes arrived quite quickly. The prices were also a bit high with our 6 dished being over $50 even after a 20% discount because we were there early. The service was also not the best. The staff tend to ignore you and you have to flag them down if you need anything.

We came here for dinner on weekday. It is not busy and have lots of parking. Food and service are both good.

This restaurant is unbelievable pricey. Every dim sum dish costs almost $9. A small percentage off for dine in or take out is apparently a catch. For a 6 simple dim sum dishes (seafood and veggie mixed) costs three of us $60. Prepare to pay for a high price lunch if you decide to try out. The quality of food is hot and nice but it's quite salty to the point of bitter tasting in some dishes. My husband is dying for water the entire evening after the lunch. The lady with the black suit who is the supervisor is very rough and unfriendly. The service Ison the minus side.

Bad customer service. Got our order thing thrown at us on the table.. no smiles or small talk. Everyone stayed silent when they got a thank you from me.. I regret giving them a 12% tip ugh

I love to come here for Dim Sum.My chinese friends showed me this place and they told me this is one of the best places to eat Dim Sum in Vancouver. I haven't tried other dishes here. The atmosphere is lively and loud. The waiters/waitresses are constantly running between tables, but I like this vibe. :)

Great value. Ordered lobster which was only $20 per lb and the salted chicken which was amazing. Crispy skin along with tender juicy chicken is an amazing combo! Very worth it and would definitely go again!

Food was decent but the customer service was poor. We needed to flag a server down whenever we needed something. We ordered about 10 things off the menu. The flavors were generally very good but several of the items we needed to cut with scissors so that everyone got to try the dishes.
