Some good dim sum dishes and some that weren't too memorable. The chicken feet was pretty good with a yummy sauce. And the ground beef with cilantro rice roll (although not that pretty) was quite good. Also liked the coconut and mango jello.The siu mai was ok but nothing more. I wasn't expecting much from the xiao long bao but it was pretty juicy.We also ordered the lobster special with efu noodles. While the lobster was ok, it was missing a bit in terms of flavour.
Decent food and service but price is a bit steep. My favourite item was the baked charsiew pastry and the sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf. The cheong fun was so so. If possible, come for lunch and dinner as you have more choices and the food indeed look very appetizing.
The food has improved a lot since they reopened a couple of months ago. We ordered lobster rice, wasabi chicken, squab and pea tips. Loved every dish. Ambiance cannot be beat, with chandeliers hanging from a high and well ventilated ceiling. Service was also commendable. I hope they can maintain this high level dining experience. ??
New dimsum place in Richmond. Good food but there were two rockhard bones in one of the pork liver siu mai we had. Otherwise it was good with the 20% discount before 11am.
We order lots of dimsum today. Good as usual. Services are good ? and tea is ? the little one love there robot to deliver our foods ?

Good variety for dim sum. Food quality is very consistent. Prices are reasonable to high side. They give a discount if you are an early eater. (Not weekends) If you are planning to eat at noon or later , reservations are highly recommended.staff is very good and attentive. They change your plate as soon it is dirty. (December 2021, they are currently checking vaccination passes and ids). Park on top floor to access restaurant directly.
