good food… terrible customer service… people answering the phone need MUCH better training.!! i’ve had quite a few arguments with their staff who are rude and disrespectful… and simply just don’t pay attention… feels like i am the one who is training them… and management never returns phone calls… so doesn’t seem like they care all that much either.!

The best pizza ? in Richmond hands down. Finger licking good. Enough is never enough. My favorite is the house special and spicy chicken. I even eat the crust. Leaps and bounds above anything else in the entire west coast.delicious savory melt in your mouth. If I died and went to heaven this is the pizza ? I would expect. Love ? this ?.
Good pizza. I found it really oily / greasy. For the pepperoni pizza, there is a lot of pepperoni, even inside which is good and it’s the good type unlike some other places. For the veggie pizza there are a lot of veggie toppings which is worth the money.
Have been getting round table for years and years and unfortunately the service has gotten worse and worse. My pizza today took over 1 hr and 20 minutes when I was told 55 minutes. My pizza came COLD and when I called the people told me they said it would be a hr so nothing they could do and hung up. Terrible service and even worse food. Save your time and money and call richmond pizzaIN RESPONSE TO YOUR POST:1) I live 7 minutes away so there is no reason the pizza should be cold to the point where it needed to be warm to eat.2) when a customer calls to say they have cold pizza DONT BE RUDE AND HANG UP ON THEM
I used to have a fav from back home (Houston Pizza for Regina folk). Even had people bring it when flying here. WELL, NOT ANYMORE! Roundtable is even better!! Try ham, pineapple, pepperoni and mushrooms. Best combo.
I've ordered from Roundtable pizza multiple times and I've never had an issue until now. This order was a medium #18 Margarita Chicken pizza and I received a confirmation email saying that it'll be delivered within 60minutes.However, during the 1hr10min mark, I called the store location and asked how much longer the delivery would take. They claimed they're busy at the moment and the driver should arrive soon. I've kindly asked if they could check in with the driver and they said they need an extra 15minutes on top and hung up.After waiting for 1hr39minutes. I called the store. Once again, they said the driver should be here soon. This time I was furious as I've never had to wait this long for a pizza. This time, I didn't want the pizza anymore and just wanted a refund. The person on the phone instructed me to visit the website and send an email since they "don't offer refunds through the store".Hanging up once again, just to call back since there wasn't a contact email to headoffice, the person on the phone then said they can't find the email online either. Instead, they offered me a free pizza for next purchase.I don't quite understand - I waited 1hr39min for a pizza that has yet to be delivered as I'm writing this, and they can't place a refund. Even now, I still have no idea how to get a refund unless I personally visit the store.
The pizza is always really hot, fresh, made with quality ingredients, and really tasty. Been ordering pizza from here for over 20 years.
Folks, please check your dip before consuming, yesterday was the second time in 2 months that I was given (purchased) expired roasted garlic dip. Why the 2 stars? When I made them aware of this the 1st time (the next time I picked up a pizza) no replacement dip was offered, they just charged me again so I'm not wasting the gas to drive there yet again this time. Unfortunate because I really enjoy their pizza so it hurts me to give this establishment up however if their dip is an issue then it worries me to think what else might be. I'll miss you Roundtable pizza
