what a nice place, amazing food lots of options new things to try. horchata was amazing from los andes.
Great food. Make sure to buy the zoom pass is $35.00 for 6 people you can skip the line go straight in. If you don’t buy the zoom pass general admission is $7.00 per person and you have to wait in line to get in. Line can take up to one hour go get in
Such a cool experience, but super pricey. Lines for food are long but manageable. Got the zoom pass and arrived early so the line for entry wasn’t too bad. No bathrooms around before open so make sure you go before lining up. All the food we got was delicious, and most of the people were nice!
This place is a whole another vibe!! Love the energy and market there.A lot of tasty Asian food options, not too bad for vegetarians as well.Must go after sunset for the neon light signs!Great for kids as they have many games/ activities.
The Richmond night market is one of my favourite summer traditions. I always buy a zoom pass to skip the line. There are many different booths that were fun to look at, and I even found some great things. My favourite was the sticker booth- they have stickers for everything! The food is always fresh and delicious and it's great to be able to try a variety of things.
We had a blast! It's great and well organized. We've tried few interesting foods and we loved it.Fun experience for the family for sure!Make sure you bring cash ? ?
Not worth going. We waited an hour in line very excited for all the food. We headed straight for the skewers and friend squid first. It was $15 for 4 very mediocre skewers. The fried squid were burnt and rubbery. The takoyakis ($6)were not worth trying either, they tasted like fried flavourless buns. The worst part was the tofu dessert. As my boyfriend would put it, the texture was like how you would imagine a bottom of a compost bin would be. Very gross. Do not go for the food, go for the shopping only.
great food. lots to choose from
The night market is definitely an experience! It is cash-only (there are ATMs on the premises but I've heard a lot of people can't withdraw money from them). The lines for food can get really long and it definitely is crowded. If you can come near the beginning of the event it's usually a little better. There also are some live performances and a lot of vendors. I recommend going once, but I'm not sure if I would go again soon.
Worth trying.Look - if you have ever been to a fair, or carnival where more than enough people are packed into a small space, then this time isn't any different. Live bands, lots of food, never enough seats, etc etc. But, it's always a good time if you go with the right people.Overall there are 2-3 interesting food vendors worth trying, prices are quite high so be prepared to spend $40+ pp on food.Sushi Tacos - probably best thing that night for us. $9+ eachFried Chicken Skin - crispy, choose your own sauce, quite nice to snack on as you walk around. $10Skewers - some are pretty meh, prices are $15 for 4 small skewers.Waited around 30minutes to enter on a Friday night around 6pm.Cash only.
