The shift of workers during our visit was disorganized and rude. The cashier was more interested in itching her nose than taking our order, and we watched the manager have zero customer service skills with another customer, and then yell at her staff for her mistake. Wasn't impressed by the time it took nor the quality of service.Edit: it gets worse, the employees started yelling at each other and the manager just walked away. Still don't have food, but did find a sign that says "be nice or leave". Horrible experience.
It was really nice, quiet place. Wasn't very busy at lunch time. The service was fast, and they went out of their way to give it to us when we asked for a couple things. We ordered a classic burger and a deluxe one then a 8 PC chicken and 2 fries. My little ones had an awesome time. They lived the food and so did we. It was crispy and fresh. There was lots of parking outside. Only thing is, I don't know how often they clean and sanitize the tables, coz the one we were one had some oil spots on it, so we just cleaned it before we sat. Otherwise overall, it was a great experience, lots of seating area, and would def go again
I have eaten here at this location 4 times trying their spicy chicken sandwich and on the last visit, a 3 piece combo. I love all things chicken but not understanding the hype for Popeyes' chicken. The chicken is on the drier side, salty and compared to Church's Chicken, the pieces are relatively smaller in comparison. I respect the other reviews but I don't find the food portions that large for the price paid.
First time try the Popeyes fired chickens ?. The size of chicken ? are huge and it is so Crunchy, Juice,and Yummy ? good job ? . The price is reasonable and I am order the Family deal 10x ?, 5x biscuit, and 2 large side only under $37 ?????review by Bella
I ordered 14 piece chicken tenders family meal. In the middle of the wait, the manager told me they only had 5 chicken tenders left. Instead of offering me 9 pieces of other chicken pieces, she offered 10. That was nice of her!Food quality: sadly chicken pieces were dry and very salty for all of us. I even tried my kids' chicken tenders, very salty also. Onion rings had the right amount of seasoning and salt.
This is the best Popeyes location in the lower mainland. The staff is so on point it’s kind of surprising. I usually expect to have poor service at fast food places but this staff treats you like you’re at a 5 star restaurant. Keep going !
Personal opinion; its just too damn salty. The crunch was good and spices are farely mild (even the spicy isnt very spicy) but overall the chicken is just too salty for my taste. Ill give it 5 stars regardless because im sure a lot of people would enjoy this salty chicken, but personally i prefer LA chicken or Churchs.Service was great! super fast and friendly and the resturant is clean.Parking is ample, and over prices are good for what you get.
chicken is very crispy and the seasoning is just right! I wouldn't say it's juicy, but I like the chicken is soft and no running juice and grease when I take the first the bite. The biscuits are amazing. I usually will add a little bit honey on the top and melt it in microwave for few seconds. Yummy!Fries are delicious! I put chipotle mayo on top. It's a good pair.Had chicken twice in this week. Very good quality!
Great chicken. It's super crunchy and overly salty. They always have a deal on their website and their value meals are well worth it. They serve Cajun fries. They also have popcorn shrimp. Popeyes is not the run-of-the-mill chicken shop. Everything is tasty and my family was very satisfied with the food. Service is nice too. The order taker made some good recommendations and I didn't have to wait too long for my order. I will be coming back.
The spicy chicken was fresh and juicy. Seasoning was great and the spicy touch added just that little hotness. Colleagues said the gravy on mashed potato was superb. The biscuit was good.
