i love the taste and ive ordered more than 10 times within few months. However, different amount of toppings were given each order. It was really obvious. Sometimes the amount was good but today the toppings are almost half less than before and they gave me a lot of rice… Hope the amount of toppings (other than the meat) can stay the same…Also, the sauce were given less and there’s almost no taste.
We were working late and very hungry. We ordered two bowls on Fantuan (delivery app). However, after 20 min waiting for order but to find only one bowl was delivered, the other one was cancelled with NO notice in advance. They should have called to ask wether we would like to exchange or cancel but they dont bother to even give a call. Its 9:20pm and no meal. It’s been a long day , and now food was cancelled unexpectedly and i am very mad at this.
One of the best poke places I have tried, the fish always is soooo fresh and portions are still large even when choosing the lighter option! service is so amazing and they are my go to place when ordering online. when im close I always go in for a yummy snack! recommended this place to a bunch of my friends!! thank you Pokey Okey!!
Poor service, the server (lady working last night on 1/23/2022) gave a ton of attitude for no reason including making passive aggresive remarks and using attitude while adding the toppings shown through her tossing her utensils and equipment after using them.The poke bowl itself was incredibly dry and lacking of the flavor of a good poke bowlSteve's Poke bar tastes better for the price point and quality, as well as not having a side of attitude to go with the meal. Highly regret spending money at this place and will actively dissuade people from visiting thanks to this server's incredibly off-putting behavior.
Pokey Okey is by far my favorite poke place! Their scallop salad and torched salmon belly are to die for, two of my favorites! I only wish they hadn't got rid of the carrots/daikon and pickled onions (also the quail eggs were killer!) Maybe the owner will see my review and consider bringing it back! ;) Nevertheless I will continue supporting Pokey Okey for many months and years to come!

Always friendly ! This is the best poke bowl I’ve had in Canada. And it’s such a healthy alternative for take out options. Super happy to have them in the neighborhood!
Always love the poke bowl here! Portions are great. Lots of options for everyone. My favorite is the build-a-bowl. I can pick from white or brown rice, or spring mix, along with tons of proteins! Definitely will visit regularly!
Ordered one large and two poke bowl from this restaurant via Uber Eats. All with ahi tuna and salmon, asked for less rice with spring mix plus others like sea weed etc. The food is fresh and delicious will definitely order again when we are in town again.
My favourite poke place in Richmond! Consistently good and every staff member I have ever encountered was friendly and accomodating. All of their sauces are great. Keep doing your thing!
