I never post anything but positive reviews however, my recent experience has been 0 STARS. This Business Cancelled an Online Order 10 mins before an expected "confirmed order" delivery time. I created a new order and again 10 mins prior to earliest delivery it's cancelled. I would have had no issues waiting an hour, BUT set expectations and don't CANCEL "CONFIRMED ORDERS". The cancelation emails, requests calling to place a new order...No Answer. Pizza Hut is a great brand BUT this store has questionable business practices. 1 Hour of waiting for 2 separate orders and 0 Product.

Highly disappointed by the service. The cashier is unable to explain the difference between basic pizzas (I.e., the cheesy lover and the Margherita). I also find it quite pricy for what you get.

On the phone they said it was buy one get one free online only and that was a lie so $44 for 2 pizzas and the toppings weren’t even what they were suppose to be. Forgot the red pepper and only some pizzas had a tiny piece of chicken . At least the pepperoni was decent.This has got to be the worst deal I’ve ever spent on pizza

Congratulations guys, you earned this review!!! My first ever 1 star review!! I really wish you guys could get your (***) together and have better arrangements for in-store orders. I ordered wings in this store at 19:06 & was told about 20 minutes to get them ready. No problem, you guys seemed busy so totally understandable.I went back at 19:39 to pick up I was told another 3 minutes, waited another 5 minutes to found out that they couldn't find my order. Gentleman in kitchen asked lady at front if she could find order number then it would be easy to track it. She went inside kitchen & said she can't find it (overheard her). She came back & said it's gonna take few more minutes. I asked how many more minutes she said another 5 minutes. Then I realized they didn't prepare my order and probably going to make new order for me. I told her to cancel my order & refund me which she did.Not the issue with time I spent, I totally get it you guys were busy & I can't expect you to do magic but what upsets me is that I wanted to have wings as it's been quite a while since I had pizza hut in Alberta (they did much better job at organizing orders). I don't understand the hell you keep track of your in-store orders? Is there any order sequence that prints out & you stick it in kitchen? If yes then how come it wasn't printed out & handed over to kitchen staff??

Pizza hut is decent if you have coupons. This place gets quite busy during dinner time. The app makes ordering a lot easier.

Honestly go to literally any other pizza place in Richmond, you will have a way better experience guaranteed. Staff are very rude and need to learn what “customer service” actually means. Maybe these people need better training.

Rude customer service. The workers do not follow social distancing in midst of a pandemic. One of the delivery drivers literally rubbed shoulders against me rather than moving around me or asking me to move over for him. When I went in to get my food got told to get out after waiting outside already. Food was cold and gross by then. Horrible customer service. Will never go here again.

The $10 Daily Medium Special is always pretty good and it is a different pizza, every day of the week. They are polite and fast staff. Only complaint is I wish the pizza was hotter upon pick up in store.

Hair on chicken wings, i got hold off when i called them twice. Customer service picked up on the third call but still got hold off when i said i wanted to complain.

Horrible!! Crust was over 2 inches wide all around the pizza which meant significantly less toppings. Clearly cheaped out on the ingredients. Ordered 2 large and both were smaller than what a large should be.
