Good stuff. They always get my order right, and they put on pizza sauce properly.
Very disappointed that dine in is still closed. Was forced to do take-out. This is one of the few remaining locations that can offer dine-in. Such a shame they refuse to open it. Lots of parking. Convenient location.
$7 for delivery, but they would not tell me how much of the $7 goes to the driver. We are a 2 minute drive away, so if the driver gets it all...that's cool, but they were acting cagey about it. I'm not going to pay $7 for delivery and another $4 tip to the driver.Won't be ordering from them ever again.Zero stars if I could.$35 for a single large pizza.
This is my go to pizza hut location I go out of my way to usually come there but will not return untill the manager is fired, I belive her name is Samreet (if she gave her real name). I ordered my usual stuff but they gave me the wrong pizza. When I called to say the pizza was wrong the lady said I ordered it wrong and shes never dealt with this kind of issue before. Instead of correcting her mistake she got angry and said "you can come pick up another pizza and pay for it, problem solved". She said she was the manager as well. This was the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I called to let them know the mistake and I was pretty much called a liar and told to buy more pizza. I own multiple businesses with multiple employees and I would fire someone like this IMMEDIATELY. I hope the owner finds a new employee because she will be costing this location 1000s from my personal and company orders. Every work party we do pizza for 100+ ppl and have even rented out the location in the past but I will not return untill she's gone.
Person who took my order (did not get their name) was very lively, unlike some other places who are monotoned. There was a good deal & they told me how it is better to get because of the better price. The pizza was alright, it did not taste the best. It did not have a strong taste as other pizza places. There is a lot of cheese, but there was not that cheesey taste like some pizza places that has that cheesey wonderful taste.
It’s close to my house so we go 2-3 times a month. Dine in is still closed but take out and delivery. Pizza is great, lots of parking spots at good location.Unfortunately no customer service and no time management.Don’t believe waiting time especially weekend.Casher … often rude and show attitude even their mistake.
Please stick to your original recipes. Just ordered a Supreme lover that tastes far from it. The beef was super spicy, vegetables missing, drenched in oil and it arrived late. Should’ve bought a frozen pizza.
It does not happen often that you actually get a pizza hot when delivered, Thank you to the kitchen as well as the delivery fella, it was a miserable rainy night and we just came in from an international flight. Thanks for making a wonderful Super Supreme pizza for us and getting it to us still hot.
Ridiculous service and ignorant staff!!! They always mess up your orders even very simple and basic order of wings n pizza (this is not the first time). I asked for a butter chicken pizza and got a cheese slab that looks and tastes disgusting. Like even I can feel that it was not cooked properly. Also the wings had little sauce and were so soggy!! I called their customer service and this is what they said literally “we can’t reach the store you ordered from so can you please keep calling them until they pick up”. Like is this my job? I mean it’s beyond ridiculous the kind of service being provided by such a large organization. If you are planning to pickup something from here - double check EVERYTHING at the counter so you can deal with them right there and if you are getting it delivered than may GOD BLESS YOU!
Horrible time management, was told it is going to be 15 min wait, ended up waiting 30 min. Told the Indian lady in the front it took 30 min. Instead of apologizing, first thing she did is to find an excuse that it is not 30 min yet. Hello, I have your receipt with the time stamp, and clearly I can so math, and to be exact, you need 34 min to make one pizza. Not impressed with the attitude.
