Will definitely burn your pizza and give you garlic fingers instead of the cookie you ordered. Order elsewhere for sure !
No one answers the phone!!! Keep getting bounced to their call center who can’t deal with online or app orders. Pizza Hut needs some quality control over their franchises!
Was not happy about on my order from online what I've order!! when I try to call back to the store no one was picking up the phone bad customer service and made me have to drive back out to the store and get what I order!
I order a medium pepperoni pizza today from Pizza Hut with 2 extra pepperoni added. When I received the pizza, it was just a normal pepperoni pizza without any additional pepperoni on it. In short there wasn't extra pepperoni on the pizza when I added them in the options.

I had a very bad experience on 10th Apr 2021 around 1130 pm, I had called Pizza Hut near my location but it was transferred to a call center and I had placed my order. The amount was confirmed $42. ?? by the call center staff and said the order will arrive in 30mins. As time passed by, I did not receive any delivery and when I had called them to check on my order, the automated voice said its closed. I was confused and it was too late to order any food from elsewhere. I was very disappointed and next day morning I had called them back curious to know what had happened and again it was answered by a call center staff. She said that she could see the order on the system but not sure what had happened, so she tried to connect to the store but again no answer so then she had transferred me to the head office. A gentleman who took my statement and contact details had apologized to me and said he will check with the store and let me know what had happened. Now it’s over a week and not heard back from either party and I am very disappointed with their service, therefore we could never rely on Pizza Hut again with any future orders. Does this mean that once we place an order, we should call them back again to confirm if they will deliver it...? ZERO Star for this kind of service.
Ordered 3 pizzas with thin crust and they gave us thick crust on all the pizzas instead. Tried calling this location about the mix-up at 7 PM, 7:30 PM and 10 PM multiple times and they didn’t answer. The last time I tried calling this location directly about a hair in my pizza again, it was impossible to reach them. I would recommend avoiding this location - if they mess up your order, you can’t call them about it!
Bad service.Cold food delivered, missing order item and wrong item received when I requested the rest of our order.The pizzahut employee from this location we received our order from had the nerve to call me to ask if I would like a credit instead of the missing item from my order.haha morons.

Good people. Consistent quality product. Very small storefront but they can pump it out pretty fast.For greasy Pizza Hut pizza, they're a reliable stop.
