This is like fast food Pho. Counter service style ordering up front with payment ahead of the meal or online ordering like a McDonald's from your phone are available options to get your food. Then you pick a seat and they deliver the food to you when it's ready. The portions are small and the meat is scant, but the flavors are decent to good. The Bahn Mi is thin... Like very little meat but still alright. The Jazen Tea drinks taste like average bubble tea stuff but with the upgrade of chia seeds and freeze dried fruits in the drinks and lots of drink flavors are available for you to choose from.Highlights are they are open late until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, they have bubble tea on site, and they even serve fried chicken.
I would say this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant in lower mainland. To be fair, the customer service is really good, both servers were friendly and caring. However, my dish was served cold (I ordered dry noodle). After notifying the server about that, he offered me a new one, then again half lightly warm half other still cold. I was frustrated and totally disappointed of the cook. I was hoping they could have put a little more effort and blanched the noodle to heat it up properly. 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant, I got super dizzy, headache, heart jumping and tended to puke. Definitely msg overdosed. Anyway, never coming back.
It’s really unfortunate Pho Hoa changed their noodles to house made a few years ago. It is clearly a cost cutting move.Ingredients no longer feel fresh either. Pho Hoa has become the fast food of Pho… franchised and soulless.
Really good Pho, I definitely come back to eat again whenever i go to Richmond. The Pho broth cooked so good with enough spices, bones and time. Waitress is friendly and so kind. Restaurant is nice and clean, absolute to rate 5 stars.
The foods are really good, and the portions are big. They also have the Korean deep fried chicken comes with 3 flavour: sweet chili, soy, and spicy soy. I recommend to try spicy soy, really good!!!
I visit this restaurant every weekend they are really busy but lack of staffs. Luckily for me today that I don’t need to wait long time to get the table. The server recommended no46 hot & sour seafood . That was absolutely delicious, I loved it. Can not wait to visit again.
I'm not sure how recent reviewers experience differed from mine, but I found the food very good and really fresh. I actually preferred their noodles over the often overcooked rice noodles at other restaurants. Had the steak pho with saté broth and was very pleased. Appreciated the tidy take out packaging g that didn't leak like most other o especially do. Spring roll was crisp and fresh. Would absolutely order from here again.
This is my first time posting a bad google review, but I just had to do it. We went to Pho Hoa for dinner because all other places were full and we had to run to airport and Pho Hoa was the only place of all the places we went to that still had tables.I am so sad to see a big chain like Pho Hoa to destroy Vietnamese food's reputation. MOST IMPORTANTLY, FOODS WERE DEFINITELY NOT VIETNAMESE DISHES, even the most basic and simplest ingredient for vermicelli bowls, fish sauce, was HORRIBLE. It tasted almost just like water with some vinegar. PLEASE DO NOT CALL FOOD IN THIS RESTAURANT VIETNAMESE FOOD, it just makes us Vietnamese extremely ashamed.
Im sad to report.. but today I came in and the other 2 reviews are true the noodles are not good anymore they is something else and some weird flavor with the bubble tea.. but the soup broth is still good.. but unfortunately it's not enough for me to come back...hopefully they change the noodles to higher quality ones instead of cheap ones.. its such a difference that I couldn't eat my noodles and it all just went to waste..so the only thing I can say..if you are craving for broth come here just don't order the noodles. You'll see the difference from my first photo 7 months ago to today's post..the noodles are so different in texture not size. They tried to switch it up with a different low quality brand...very very disappointing because I did like this place..but good news just across the street is another pho place I found that is better and its literally across the street of the left side of this restaurant..and that place is very very good Vietnamese food. Give it try because this place unfortunately can't live up to my review from 7 months ago. ??7 months ago review:flavorful not to salty good serving for a very low price..I added satay flavoring to the seared garlic with beef pho and it was delicious! I didn't even have to add any housin or hot sauce the broth was perfect! Beef was soft and a good portion of served, I was defiantly full . Rice noodles are thick and soft but not soggy..Ice coffee is very good too! The service is quick after you use thier no contact ordering online service. Very spacious restaurant with a lot of seating and very clean. Nice serving staff..
Food ain’t good :(. The noodle is kind of weird, has some weird packaging taste to it. Can taste that the ingredients aren’t fresh. The sweetness in the drink tastes like some sweetener with an aftertaste. Sad :(
