I was craving for traditional Taiwanese noodle soup and they have it !! Simple fried shallot with minced pork in the soup. It reminds me of my childhood in Taiwan. It’s not heavy flavored like ramen. I got the noodle soup with spicy chicken nugget. Perfect match. Good portion.It’s a place where you get decent food and big portion. Many people order bubble tea drinks too. Big cup.Is it the best tasting food ? No. But it’s very decent and big portion and good selections. I wish we had this restaurant in Hamilton or Mississagua.
Honestly I came here for convenience as there was no line up. But basically service is non existent for those dining in and they encourage you to order via QR Code though the mobile website is so buggy that i ended up calling server for the order. Food is mediocre - ordered their hosue special freid noodle it was was exceptionally plain. The taiwanese fried chicken nuggets are okay. Probably won't be back.
The food is mid, the service is mid, they only care about pumping out food to fantuan and Uber drivers and the wait is really long.The food is way too average for the price, yes the portions are alright but nonetheless it the food isn’t out of this world.It’s really annoying to have to basically scream to get any one’s attention if you need anything, the severs don’t even take your order anymore ?The boba was really bad, the green apple green tea didn’t even taste like apple it was just coloured green tea…

It’s inconvenient that we have to order food through the phone especially since we have 2 older grandparents with us. We asked a server if we could order without using the phone and she very rudely told us in Mandarin you have to order through the phone. No one gave us utensils until we asked. Bubble tea bubble tea bubble tea.Traditional dishes with hot pot in personal.Popcorn chicken, Taiwanese basil chicken, tomato beef, spicy hot Porky belly, miso seafood hot pot, a lot of finger foot you can order for a snack.This management well trained up all the stuff with hospitality. Whenever I make you disappointed.If you like any fruit Tea, yogurt drinks, fresh fruit milkshake or or even though green tea or flower tea...... So many choice no matter hot or cold.
You gotta climb the mfing Eiffel tower to use the washroom but otherwise I had a great day with my homies here.
The food is pretty good. The service needs a lot of work. I would definitely go back there for the food. That's the only reason i gave a 3. If the service was better i would give them a 4.
They have decent bubble tea and discounts for takeaways promotion. Ordered the Taiwanese style noodle and fried chicken which was large portion.
Incompetent lead servers, look to wait 30min+ without staff checking on your order with the kitchen. Had to leave early, no attempt at all from the staff to make amends, and female lead server was not happy she didn't get tipped. Plenty of other competitive restaurants in area, go next fast.
The food here is very good. There’s a good selection on the menu.
