No taste. Barely any cheese. Rotten ingredients. Overall terrible and low quality. -10/10
When I went to get food the staff was not wearing a mask. He touched money didn’t wash his hands. This store needs to follow Covid Safety.
About a week ago, the chicken taqueria pizza we ordered for delivery came with rotting cabbage on it. Panago's photos show fresh shredded cabbage. We recieved pizza with cabbage so old it looked like sauerkraut, but it wasn't. It was just rotting. Which was a shame because it looked like a perfectly good pizza under the rotting cabbage. We phoned and got a different flavour replacement pizza, but the guy on the corporate phone line made sure the replacement we requested was not worth a penny more than the chicken taqueria pizza we had ordered. When the replacement Panago classic arrived it was fine, but I think for an issue like this, with bad food and needing to wait for a re-order, it should have been comped.
Owner needs to take a serious look at himself. Rude to customers and talk down and belittles his staff. On top of that he NEVER wears a mask. You’re preparing people’s food, talking to staff and customers WEAR YOUR MASK!
I've had good experiences here and I feel the other reviews are needlessly harsh. The owner is a nice guy. The pizza is to usual Panago standard. Out of the 10+ times I've been there over the years, I think the order was messed up once.
Ordered a pizza from here through Uber Eats. They gave my order to someone else so my new order didn't arrive until over 2 hours later. It arrived cold and dried out. Apparently they sent driver to several deliveries along the way.
Ordered a personal size and I gotta be honest, the crust was dry and the pizza had no taste at all. It literally felt like I was eating nothing.
Panago is a Franchising company ,some places our better then others ,food is the same as the others .for a fast pick up if you on the hurry these is the place for you
It’s better you guys stop making pizza.if you are not properly using the ingredients.
They left the uncooked dole out in the open and there is a lots of fruit flies fly around the uncooked dole. I’m not sure if it is required from Panago or not that the person preparing must use glove to prepare food but at the branch they did not use any glove to touch food.I’m going to give it one star because of the restaurant hygiene.
