It’s famous fish and chips shop.I ordered two pieces of fried cods and chips. It was too much for me…I was amazing that a piece of fried cod was same size of my hand. You may wait for long time after you ordered because they prioritize few items orders to serve. I waited for over twenty minutes. It’s closed in winter for the season.

Fish was delicious ? bone start less because the onion rings does not worth the price, I will go back for the fish but will go to A&W for onion ring next time.

Was able to enjoy Pajo’s on a nice day - the best fish and chips in town!

Birthday coupon was refused because it was 15-minutes to closing and the app said the location was closed? So I lined up but the staff still refused. The system used to be good and customer service used to be even better. Looks like it is not anymore.Just be weary of the birthday coupon, you now have to use the app (which is not intuitive at all). Usually the fish and chip is good especially with the seasoning!

Today I headed for Garry Point for lunch. A long line ensued like everywhere else on a beautiful sunny day. The order was taken and asked for light batter for cod fish ‘ n chips and Ginger Beer. All the males working there were stunned not knowing how to reduce dipping fish into batter lightly, a huge problem not knowing how to manage this. Too I was double billed. Two of those behind counter’s masks were on their mouths exposing their noses. I asked for a refund for over billing. That too was a big deal as manager stated ABM wasn’t set up for refunds. Eventually the credit went through after several attempts. I was told that cod would be grilled rather than fried in batter and said fine. Meanwhile everyone else’s orders were put through as I waited for a prolonged period. Eventually I got the cod and partially warm fries. Ginger beer was cold and refreshing. Cod was rubbery, overcooked and tasteless as were the cooled fries. This is a place that I have been faithful to for decades, bringing out of towners here. Ownership must have changed. Staff were untrained some of whom were handling food yet not properly masked. Overcharge happened as cashier lacked focus and listening skills and was serving food and was cashier too. In other words, not an organized scenario? Fish was very much delayed, grilled rather than fried as staff didn’t know that light batter simply meant reducing its dip into the batter, a process that any other fish stand or eat in restaurant knows the drill. Food was unappetizing and a long wait and to boot, I was overcharged. A very disappointing meal!

Fantastic fish tacos worthy of 5 stars. Good service. Seemed a bit slow to get food.

The price is high and the quantity of fried fish is small

Don’t get the mushy peas! I had to wait while they nuked it in the microwave for probably 3 minutes. Came out atomic hot and about the texture and taste of baby purée. But even my baby wouldn’t eat it! Definitely not fresh.Rest of our fish and chips meal was good. Fries were amazing. They’re bottomless too, which my partner calls “a game changer” and I agree. Fish (cod) was plentiful, batter was perhaps a bit oily but not a big deal.Love that the meals are packaged in newspaper cones and the tables have holes for you to set the cones into! Even better since the wind picked up and blew everything else off the table. That was before the rain started. Lol.

Nice patio and view along the sea

First time at the Garry Point location & it's still flipping delicious.
