I found this place as it's close to the Arbutus Greenway. It's the perfect spot for a patio beer after a long bike ride. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is an outdoor area by the water with picnic tables and strong lights. Great food quality.Get the peach cider!
We were in the Vancouver area for a cruise and were looking for a non-chain restaurant for lunch. Found Milltown on Trip Advisor or Google and pleased we did. Great menu and service. Good drink selection. We took an Uber to and from the restaurant and noticed many other Ubers/Lyfts and taxis also making drop off and pick-ups during our visit. Many seating options from open air near a canal where one can sit with their pets, to under an awning or inside.

Milltown has a great weekend brunch menu. I love their Eggs Benedict, the pesto hollandaise is fresh and something I don't usually see. I like it! I also really like the breakfast pizza. The nachos from the lunch/dinner menu weren't really that great, but the brunch items were wonderful. There were a lot of items on the lunch/dinner menu that I'd love to try!

I like the building and location but found most of the food fairly average. My favorite menu item was the nachos which was nicely done.The fish and chips were okay and the fries were good. The drinks were mostly decent but fairly sugary and the limes were not the freshest/nicest. The burger was basic and was definitely made better by paying extra for the cheese but it was average quality IMO and the included salad option was really basic with meh dressing.The staff were friendly so it's not a bad place to eat if going with others but probably not a place I'd personally pick over other options available in Vancouver.
Off the beaten path, this is a fantastic destination whether you get her by car, bike or boat. They have a great full service picnic table area right by the water, covered patio and dine in restaurant. The servers here are also lovely.I came here with my family of 9 and they were happy to accommodate to include a baby as well. I just called ahead to reserve a large table. We came for the prime rib Sunday special and the portion was huge! And the horseradish was no push over. One of the strongest ones I have had in awhile. Our cuts were perfect. Beautiful gummy creamy mashed potatoes and some beans. The Yorkie was okay but I’d still come back for the prime rib any day for only $22!

Very disappointed with this place. The bun used on the burger was not restaurant quality. It’s more something you get in a large bag at no frills. Fried ring onions ! I don’t even know what they are. We were comparing the Pizza to slice pizza places in downtown. It’s too bad as the location is great. I wish they had better quality food and good chef. I’m afraid we won’t go back.
Unique scenic location with a water view and green space, good for plane and boat watching when the weather's clear. Food is really good (especially as far as bar food usually goes) and well-priced for the portions and how generous they are with proteins that many places will skimp on. Service is very attentive and pleasant.
