Great deal for all-you-can-sing on weekend nights. The staff that set us up was really kind. Tasty drinks and food to keep you going all night. The vibe in the back of the lobby with the bar is really cool. The (currently) new touch tablets used for selecting songs are big and great, but are *very* sensitive, so you'll often end up accidentally selecting songs while scrolling. It's not clear if you can remove songs from your list without first playing the song.Input languages only include English, pinyin and Chinese radicals, so it's not possible to search for anything that is in Korean, or Japanese hiragana or katakana. They have an impressively large selection of songs and artists that many other places don't have. Though some are absent, so it's an even trade. The microphones are louder than other locations and the mic volume bar on the tablet doesn't seem to change it, but you get used to it after a while. The rooms are incredibly well sound-proofed so you can barely hear anything from outside the room. You can't split the bill if you pay for everything at the end, but they accept credit cards (not just cash) and these days people can just e-transfer each other so it's no problem.Overall, amazing experience and definitely the place to go for late-night karaoke!

I like that the music selection is decently up to date compared to other karaoke bars however, their food and drink service is severely lacking. We paid for onion rings and had received them. 20 minutes later, the worker came into our room and said "oh we brought in onion rings by accident but you can keep them". They forgot to bring in our drinks and we had to ask twice.

The food is great, the music is fun, and it is a good time with friends! Only thing missing is older western music. They didn't have TNT by ACDC!!!

We came around 10pm on a Sunday, I think the place was empty. We were told that the karaoke screen/song chooser was brand new and they just got it in 1 week ago! It was very nice and easy to work with. So many songs, all the new pop songs were available. The staff was helpful, and they were nice to offer more chairs in our room since our group was big. The drinks were tasty, and overall we had a very fun time. Unfortunately you're not allowed more than 2 mics in a room so makes it harder for bigger groups to sing together.

The floor of our room was sticky, our shoes sticked to the floor when we walked around the room. The screen of the karaoke machine was difficult to see because the color tone was funky (broken monitor?), as well as also being really sticky. It was as though the previous room occupants have spilled drinks all over the place but the room was never sanitized/cleaned up afterwards. This was unacceptable especially during COVID times. We had to call the staff in to wipe down the touch screen. The battery of one of the two microphones died within 10 minutes. Again, we had to go out to find staff to change the battery for us, twice (it didn't work the first time she changed battery). This could have been avoided if they had checked/cleaned their room beforehand. The song selection was pretty outdated, and quite a few songs were not even karaoke version. We asked for only one hour of singing time at the beginning. Yet at the end, we were charged for "1.22 hour". In my previous experience with other Karaoke places, we were always given a polite notice, either by the staff or the karaoke machine when the time is up, at which time we can decide whether to wrap up or to extend the time. When we went to Millennium Karaoke, there were none of the usual courteous notice that you would expect. Not to mention we likely didn't even get a full hour of singing time in, with all the downtime when we had to go get the staff for troubleshooting.Worst of all, they imposed a mandatory 12% of service fee, added automatically onto the bill. There were 3 of us. The room was terrible, the service was lacking, and the hygiene was questionable - they did not deserve any tip, let alone 12%.It was our first time at Millennium Karaoke, and we would never go back again. There are plenty of better karaoke choices in Richmond - save your time and money and go elsewhere instead.

Big disappointment for some one traveling solo, this place is more about group of people who get a private room for self. No socializing at all here.

Good pricing but poor song selection and vibes

Solid place. Nice rooms. The music choices available are good. Just a little buggy in terms of how the system works otherwise there is great pricing for everything. Drinks are pretty good too!

Good place, but the karaoke machine was pretty slow and unintuitive. Song selection was missing some songs we wanted, but most popular songs are there. The search functions for the song on the computer is really bad, no ability to insert spaces or basic punctuation, but can be worked around. Generally had a good time despite the karaoke sometimes being just ripped off of youtube.

Sing songs, eat noods, have drinks. Nice
