so bad，the soft drink has been out of air twice. chicken nuggets are very hard to bite！ soooooo bad！also they always forget to give your something！ （see！two different color chicken nuggets , so bad, garbage condition)
Summer deals on frappes, iced coffee, and soda (pop). Delicious food and drinks. The donuts were super yummy as well.
Ordered a happy meal and combo, turned out to be sad &embarrassing meal. Using the kiosk to order forgot to add sauce for the nuggets. Asked the order pickup counter for sauce. Thought they would kindly give me one. Instead I was to show proof. Checked if I had paid for one. Opened my daughter’s happy meal and look if I had nuggets and didn’t hide it in the bag. Wow I felt like I was thief. Worst of all it happened in front of my 7 year old daughter and other customers. Very disappointed and never in my 20 years visiting McD, felt so shamed and embarrassed. I would rather visit other competitors that offer their sauce as a customer service and believe your customer isn’t trying to steal a $.10 item. I would even understand if it was a new employee but being the manager at McDonald’s not acceptable. I hope corporate Improves service and cleanliness at this location.
Like many other reviews, drive through service was the worse experience for a fast food franchise. Paid at the first drive through window while the second window direct customers to park in the designated parking stall to wait for the oder. There were no cars in queue front or behind. Beware to wait for no reason. Will not be returning.
You go through the drive through only to be told to park in one of the stalls and wait, and then when the food arrives it's not even hot/fresh. Doesn't make any sense. You should only tell people to park so that their food can finish cooking, not because you want to have longer to put a mere fries and burger into a bag.
They are open 24hours, so that's great! We were out till late so we went around 2a.m. we ordered fillet-o-fish and fries. Our order took too long to prepare, which in understandable as they seemed to be short staffed, we held up the queue for a long time as we waited for our order. The food tasted great as always but they messed up our order this time, one of our burgers we had ordered was double fillet-o-fish, but they gave us another person's order that had extra cheese and no tartar sauce. They didn't reconfirm our order while giving it to us, so we thought all was in order, we realized once we got home, and there was no way we could go back and get it exchanged or whatever. I was very disappointed.
You definitely have to check your order, especially drive through. For Happy Meals, ALWAYS missing items, toys or fries or yogurt. When I tried to reflect about the missing item, they would question you with an attitude and rolled eyes. I paid for a complete set of Happy Meal and not asking for anything extra.I wish I can give no star to this MCD. Too bad the minimum I can give is a 1 star which I think they don’t even deserve.
I bought some food for my kids through the drive thru today. I ordered a Happy meal since my son likes a toy and a meal whenever I arrived from work. When I got home, there's no toy inside the box. My son kept on crying and insist to get his toy. I am too exhausted to go back just for the stupid toy. Even a straw was missing. What's the point in ordering a happy meal if it's not complete! This is the second time that they missed something in my order. The first one was a happy meal too but with NO TOYS AND NUGGETS. We were very disappointed with the service of this branch.
Ordered in advance on mobile app, chose drive thru to pick up my order. When I arrived, the staff asked me to drive out of the driveway and parked in the curb side pick up stalls. Not a good experience there
Be sure to check the items when picking up the mobile orders. Our order was fairly complex and we realized that one third of the order was missing when we were home. Kids were terribly disappointed. This completely defeated the purpose of having the convenience of curb-side pick-up. I left a review this time because this was the third time this has happened at this location.
